I used a white cardstock base for this card and created a front pannel by diecutting white cardstock with a Stitched Rectangle Die and a Jumbo Peek-a-Boo Circle Die. I coloured the front panel at the bottom and the base card behind where the circle would be with a blending tool and Ranger Distress ink. I used the colors Spun Sugar and Peacock Feathers. I added some spatters in the same colours ink and white.
I then coloured the images that I stamped en diecutted with the coordinating dies. Check the photo below to see which colours I used. I went for a cute blue dinosaur with pink accents.
I place my front panel with dimensionals on to the base. I adhered the stamped images directly on to my front with adhesive tape. I placed the tree just behind the circle. To make sure the parts of the tree and dinosaur that go over the edge of the circle stay up, I placed dimensionals on the parts that fall into the circle as well.
I added the text 'You're a Cutieasaurus' on black cardstock with embossing ink and placed this with dimensionals on my then finished card. Would you'd like to see how this card came about? Check the Video Tutorial below or watch here in HD on YouTube!
