Stampin with Liz Design: Crafty Meraki To-tail-ly Awesome Card!

Hi there crafters! Today I'm over at the Crafty Meraki blog with a super fun, one layer slimline card! Have you seen the stamp set To-tail-ly Awesome yet? These critters are so adorable! 

I started this card with a white card base in slimline size and then added a piece of white cardstock on the front that I diecutted with a Stitched Slimline die. I just love one layer cards, they are a bit of work because of a lot of masking, but they are so worth it! 

 

I started stamping all the images I wanted to have up front. I stamped these images then one more time, on to masking paper. I masked them and started stamping the images which fall directly behind the first stamped images. I masked these images as well, to blend a background with ink on which I splattered ink drops afterwards. I then stamped the text from the set in the left top and coloured all these cute images with alcohol markers!

Stampin with Liz Design: LDRS Creative Hoppy Egg Hunt Card!

Hi there crafters! Welcome to day 2 at LDRS Creative with some amazing inspiration from the design team! We are all using the new products from the February release, so make sure you check all the new amazing goodies! I created a fun easter card with the new Hoppy Egg Hunt stamp set!

For this card I used a white slimline card base and added a piece of patterned paper from the slimline paper pack Pastel Patterns 4x9" Paper! I then diecutted a piece of white cardstock with a die from the Pretty Patterns Slimline Dies. I blended this piece with different colours of purple ink and added the word Easter, which I diecutted from blended pink paper with the Sophie Alpha Upper- and Lowercase dies. I stamped the word Hoppy from the text just above the r.

I then added two pieces of grass, which I blended with green ink and diecutted with the In the Grass Border Dies. I added some splatters to make it more fun. I then stamped all the amazing images from the Hoppy Egg Hunt stamp set, coloured them with alcohol markers and diecutted them with coordinating dies. I added them to this fun easter card using dimensionals. Hope Easter will be special for all of you this year!

Stampin with Liz Design: LDRS Creative Friends Like You Card!

Hi there everyone! Today the design team for LDRS Creative is sharing some amazing new inspiration with products from the Febraury release! I can tell you, these products are all amazing! I'm sharing a fun slimline card, I created with the Friends Like You stamp set!

I started my card with a white slimline card base and then added a piece of patterned paper from the Pastel Patterns 4x9" paper! Love this slimline sized paper! I then diecutted a piece of white cardstock with a die from the Pretty Patterns Slimline Dies. I stamped a fun scene, using the Set the Scene Landscape stamp and coloured the images with alcohol markers. 

I then masked these stamped images, and blended a sky and grass using blue and green colours of ink. I then coloured another piece of white cardstock with red colours using alcohol markers and diecutted the word friends using the Sophie Alpha Lowercase Dies. I then stamped all the cute images of these playing friends from the Friends Like You stamp set, diecutted them with the coordinating dies, coloured them with alcohol markers and added them on to my card using dimensionals. I mounted my frint panel with a dark red colour cardstock before adding this piece with dimensionals as well on to my card base.

Stampin with Liz Design: Crafty Meraki Pixie Perfect Card!

Hi there crafters! Today I'm over at the Crafty Meraki blog with a fun slimline card created with the amazing Pixie Perfect stamp set! Aren't these images the cutest?

I started this card with a fun purple colour slimline card base and then added a front panel, which I blended with Speckled Egg Distress Oxide ink from Ranger. I added loads of splatters in pink, blue and white on to my background, to make it even more fun! I then added a piece of grass, which I blended with Seedles Preserves, Picked Raspberry and Spun Sugar Distress Oxide ink. 

I then added a frame, which I diecutted with the Timeless Frames Slimline Die, just love this! I then stamped all the fun images from the Pixie Perfect stamp set, fussy cutted them and coloured them in the colours that matches the blue/purple/pink background!

Stampin with Liz Design: CAS on Friday Challenge!

Hi there everyone! Today a new challenge starts at CAS on Friday Challenges. Theme for this challenge is a fun moodboard! I created a card to inspire you with using the Create a Smile stamp set Magnolia! 

This gorgeous moodboard hopefully will inspire you too! Loads of gorgeous orange and blue/green colours! Can't wait to see what you will all create!

I started my card with a white card base in A2 size and added a front panel that I diecutted with a die from the Stitched Rectangle dies set. I then blended a fun background on there, using a beautiful blue/green colour ink and the Diamonds Stencil. 

I added loads of splatters on there and stamped the text 'Have a Wonderful Day' from the Message in a Bottle stamp set. I then added some Nuvo Drops and started working on the amazing flower from the Magnolia stamp set! To match the colours from the moodboard, I coloured the image in orange colours with Copic Markers!
