Stampin with Liz Design: Birth-Yay Card!

Hi everyone! Did you see the new release from Mft stamps this week? I ordered a lot from this amazing release. I already warned you yesterday more cards with the new stamp sets are coming up, lol! Today I took the stamp set Birth-Yay out to play, I so love these fun critters!

I Always create cards in A2 size, for this card I used a white base. I thought these fun guys could use a fun and bright background. I diecutted a piece of white cardstock with the largest die from the Wonky Stitched Rectangles Die-namics and coloured it with a blending tool and Peacock Feathers and Squeezed Lemonade Distress ink from Ranger.

At the top of my card I added the tekst Birthday Wishes that I diecutted with the Birthday Wishes Die-namics. I added some adhesive sheet behind my cardstock before diecutting so it will make this thin image adhering to my card so much easier!

I coloured these fun guys with Copic Markers. You can diecut your stamped image with the coordinating Birth-Yay dies, but I most admit I use my new Brother Scan 'N Cut, so my diecutted image can look a bit different then it would be from the actual dies. I added my image on to my card with dimensionals to make them really pop! Aren't they fun?

Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!

Stampin with Liz Design: Super Dog Card!

Hi everyone! Yesterday my new goodies from the Mft February release came in! I like to order at Doe@Ding in the Netherlands and I just wanted to give them credit for their service. I ordered at the end of the day and received my package early the next morning, so pleased! I ordered a lot of new stuff, this release was just the bomb! So stay tuned for more fun cards that will surely come the next days!

I started this release with the fun Super Dog stamp set! Just love these cuties! There are four different Super Dog images in this set, I just couldn't resist! I used a base for this card that I created in A2 size from Thick Whisper White from Stampin' Up. I then added a front panel from white cardstock that I diecutted with the largest die from the Stitched Rectangle Stax Die-namics. I coloured it with a blending tool and three colours of Distress Ink from Ranger, Mermaid Lagoon, Squeezed Lemonda and Faded Jeans. I added some white paint spatters to my background.

Also new in this release is the gorgeous City Block Die-namics! I used it in black cardstock at the bottom of my card. It sets a gorgeous scene, I used the yellow ink behind the houses as if it was night and all the light were turned on.

I added the fun images with dimensionals to my card after diecutting them with the coordinating Super Dogs Die-namics and colouring. I coloured them with Copic Markers. I will list below which colours I used. I also added the tekst and tekst balloon with dimensionals to my card. If you'd like to see how this card came about, check my video below or watch here in HD on YouTube! I'm sending this card in to the new Sketch Challenge that runs at Mft Card Challenges!
Copic Colours: E35, E37, E41, E43, C2, C3, C6, C7, R27, R29, B26, B29 and Y17.

Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!

Stampin with Liz Design: Over the Moon for Ewe Card!

Hi everyone! Hope you are all doing well! I'm sharing a simple but fun card today! A card doesn't always need much to still be amazing. Sometimes creating gets a bit overwhelming I think, just going back to a basic fun card is a lot of fun too! I created this card with the Over the Moon for Ewe Mft stamp set.

I used a base from Thick Whisper White Cardstock from Stampin' Up for this card. I added a front panel in Whisper White Cardstock on dimensionals on to my base. I diecutted my front panel with the largest die from the Stitched Rectangle Stax Die-namics. I then diecutted the panel with the Jumbo Peek-a-Boo Circle Windows Die-namics.

I placed a piece of white cardstock behind my diecutted circel after blending this with Mermaid Lagoon and Faded Jeans distress ink from Ranger and a blending tool. I diecutted this piece with the Stars in the Sky - vertical Die. You can see right through the stars and I thought it would be nice to color them yellow, so behind where the stars are on the front panel, I blended a small piece with a blending tool and Squeezed Lemonade Distress ink on the base of my card.

I added a cute sheep from the stamp set and the moon and three stars. I coloured these with Copic Markers and diecutted them with the coordinating Over the Moon for Ewe Die-namics. To finish this card I added the text 'I'm over the Moon for You' in the middle under the peek-a-boo window. Simple, but fun!

Stampin with Liz Design: Forever and Owlways Card!

Hi, welcome to my new Blog Post! I shared some card with the Forever and Owlways stamp set from Mft stamps before, today I'd like to share another one! This set is just so amazing, I just love the cute little owls, especially the two owls together that I used at the bottom of this card. They are just so cute!

For this card I used a different size card base. I just love the heigh cards, I think they are amazing and make your smaller stamped images really pop! This card is about 21 x 8.5 cm. I blended my background after using masking tape to keep my sides clear, with a blending tool and Twisted Citron and Tumbled Glass Distress ink from Ranger, I added some stars in Tumbled Glass to my background en different colours of Nuvo Crystal Drops.

I stamped my images with Black Tuxedo Memento ink and diecutted them with the coordinating Forever and Owlways Die-namics.  I coloured the owls in soft colours with my Copic Markers. I used the colours E55, E57, E59, YG05, YG09, YG67, YG11, C0, C1, C2, C3, G40, B00, B01, BG10, BV00, V12, R14, RV06, RV04, R11 and R20. I added my images and text with dimensionals on to my card.

Stampin with Liz Design: Creation Station Blog Hop!

Welcome today at a new Creation Station Blog Hop! This months theme is 'Share What You Love', sweet or sassy! Make sure to check out all the amazing, sweet inspiration from the other team members! You can go on hopping by clicking on the next button at the end of this post!

I created this sweet, simple card for today, using this fun image from the Bella & Friends stamp set. Isn't this little puppy the sweetest? I used Thick Whisper White cardstock as a base for this card. I diecutted a piece of Whisper White cardstock with a Stitched Rectangle Die for my front.

I stamped the puppy in the right corner and then stamped him again on masking paper. I placed this over my image, so I could start blending a background. I used Pool Party ink and a stamping sponge to just create a blended background behind my image. I added some spatters and sequins to my background. I then removed the masking tape and coloured my image with the Stampin' Blend Markers. To finish this card I added embossed text on Basic Black cardstock with dimensionals.
