Stampin with Liz Design: Santa Paws Card!

Vandaag wil ik nog een leuke kerstkaart met jullie delen! Ik houd wel van een set die iets speelser is en net niet helemaal standaard kerstmis. Niet zeggen, maar kerstkaarten zijn denk ik gewoon niet helemaal mijn favoriet. Maar gooi er een paar schattige diertjes bij in en ik ben van de partij!

Todat I'd like to share a fun Christmas card with you! I like stamp sets that are a bit more playful and not the serious normal Christmas kind. Don't say it out loud, but Christmas cards are not really my favourite, don't know why. But throw in a couple of furry friends and I'm game!

De set Santa Paws is dan ook een van mijn favorieten van dit jaar. In de set vind je 3 stempels met honden en katten en 3 tekststempels. De 3 zingende katten staan vandaag centraal! Hopelijk is het liedje wat ze zingen geen kattengejank, haha, maar ze brengen het zeker schattig!

The set Santa Paws is one of my favourites from this year. You'll find 3 stamps with cats and dogs and 3 text stamps in the set. The 3 singing cats are the focus point of my card today. I hope they sond better than the cats I know, lol, but they sure sell it with their cuteness!

De basis van deze kaart is van Crumb Cake Cardstock. Het groene papier is afkomstig uit de Merry Little Christmas Design Series Paper, het rode papiertje uit de Quilted Christmas Designer Paper Series. De stempel is ingekleurd met de Stampin' Blends Markers.

The base for this card is from Crumb Cake Cardstock. The green paper you can find in the Merry Little Christmas Design Series Paper set, the red one is from the Quilted Christmas Design Paper Series. I coloured the stamp with the tampin' Blends Markers.

Deze kaart wil ik graag inzenden naar de nieuwe challenge die vandaag van start is gegaan bij TGIF Challenges. Het thema van deze challenge is Christmas Carols.

Deze set staat niet op de lijst, maar wanneer je toch een aktie bestelling plaatst, de Santa Paws stempelset is zeker voor deze kerst de moeite waard! Ik houd wel van de grappige diertjes die je in deze set vind!

This set is not on the list, but keep it in mind when you'd want to order from the Extravaganza! It is so much fun to create your Christmas cards with! I just love the cute animals in this set!

Vandaag ben ik gegaan voor een bijzondere achtergrond achter de stapel met diertjes. Ik ben zelf nog niet helemaal tevreden, maar wilde het resultaat al wel met jullie delen. Met een spons en inkt is een achtergrond erg leuk en verrassend snel te maken! De diertjes zelf zijn ingekleurd met de Stampin' Blend Markers.

Today I went for a stunning background behind the piled animals. I'm not totally satisfied yet, but wanted to share my end result even so with you all. With a sponge and ink you can so easily and surprisingly fast create your own background! The animals are coloured with the new Stampin' Blend Markers.

Stampin with Liz Designs: Seasonal Chums Cards!

Bedankt allemaal voor de overweldigende felicitaties op mijn bericht dat ik het Artisan Design Team heb gehaald, ik leef nog steeds een beetje op een roze wolk! Wel een creatieve roze wolk, haha, dus vandaag laat ik jullie nog graag 2 kaartjes zien. In kerstsferen nog, al heb ik de nieuwe voorjaarscatalogus al kunnen zien en jeetje, wat staan hier weer gave dingen in! Kan niet wachten om met deze nieuwe spullen aan de slag te mogen, in januari komt deze catalogus online!

Thanks everyone for the overwelming amount of congratulations on my last post of making the Artisan Design Team, I'm still a bit on cloud 9! A creative cloud though, so I'd like to show you all 2 cards today, lol. Still in Christmas spirit, though I must say I saw the upcoming spring catalog this week and boy, can't wait to start working with all the amazing new products that are in there! The new catalog will go live in January.

Wat is het hertje uit de Seasonal Chums stempelset toch ontzettend schattig! Vandaag heb ik deze ingekleurd met de nieuwe Stampin' Blend markers. Iedere kleurgroep komt in 2 markers, een lichte en donkere kleur. Hierdoor kun je er mooi schaduw aanbrengen, dit gaat erg makkelijk met de markers. Ik begin met de lichtere kleur en kleur dan gelijk verder met de donkere kleur om schaduw aan te brengen. Eventueel kleur ik daarna direct weer met de lichte kleur over het geheel heen om alles mooi te laten blenden.

How cute is the little deer from the Seasonal Chums stampset! Today I coloured it with the new Stampin' Blend markers. Every colour group comes in two colors, a light and darker color. I start colouring with the light marker and than immediately apply shadow with the darker marker. If needed I color directly over that with the light marker to make everything blend well.

Ook de sneeuwpop uit de set is erg leuk! Ook deze is ingekleurd met de markers. De sneeuwstipjes op de achtergrond die ik voor beide kaarten heb gebruikt, komen uit de gaatjes van de kerstboom thinlit uit de bijpassende thinlits set. Zie voor de overige gebruikte artikelen onderstaande supply list.

The fun snowman from the set is very cute as well! I coloured him with the markers also. The little snow dots come from the Christmas tree thinlit from the matching thinlits set. Check out the supply list to see what more I used.
