Stampin with Liz Design: CAS on Friday Challenges!

Hi there crafters! Today a new challenge starts at CAS on Friday, where this challenge's theme will be Love! I created a sweet card with the Fuzzy Hugs stamp set from Mama Elephant!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size. I then added a front panel from white cardstock which I diecutted with the a die from the Stitched Rectangle dies set. I blended a fun pink background on there with different colours of pink Distress Oxide ink from Ranger. 

I then added loads of splatters on to my background, to make it a bit more interesting. I added some sequins as well. Then I stamped the cute pinquins from the Fuzzy Hugs set and the text, fussy cutted them, and coloured them with Copic Markers before adding them to my card.

Stampin with Liz Design: Fuzzy Hugs Card!

Hi my crafty friends! Just one more card with the amazing stamp set Fuzzy Hugs from Mama Elephant stamps. I just love this stamp set! These critters cuddling are just so cute! Not promising it will be my last card with this amazing set, lol!

Hoi mijn creatieve vrienden! Nog één kaartje vandaag met de stempelset Fuzzy Hugs van Mama Elephant stamps. Geweldig is deze set! Deze diertjes die samen knuffelen zijn zo lief! Beloof zeker niet dat dit mijn laatste kaart met deze gave set is, haha!

I used a white card base in A2 size for this card. I blended the sky part with Ranger Distress Oxide ink, using the colours Tumbled Glass, Broken China, Blueprint Sketch and Chipped Sapphire. I added some white paint spatters and some glitter stars to my background to make it pop a bit more!

Ik heb een witte kaart basis gebruikt in A2 formaat. Ik heb de lucht geblend met Ranger Distress Oxide inkt met de kleuren Tumbled Glass, Broken China, Blueprint Sketch en Chipped Sapphire. Ik heb wat spatters met witte inkt en een aantal zilveren sterretjes aangebracht op mijn achtergrond om deze iets meer uit te laten komen. 

I then stamped, diecutted and coloured the cute images from the stamp set. I dicutted a piece of white foam with the gorgeous Merry Script die and added it to my card. I then added the text wishes from the set, stamping this with Versamark ink, sprinkling it with white embossingpowder and heat setting it. I added the images with dimensionals on to my card, and created some shades with Copic Markers. I'd like to send this card in to the new challenge at Simon Says Stamp! 

Ik heb de afbeeldingen uit de set vervolgens gestempeld, gestanst en gekleurd. Ik heb een stukje wit foam gestanst met de gave stans Merry Script en deze op mijn kaart aangebracht. Ik heb de tekst wishes van de set eronder gestempeld met Versamark inkt, bestrooid met wit embossingpoeder en verhit met een heat tool. Ik heb de afbeeldingen op mijn kaart aangebracht met dimensionals en nog wat schaduw aangebracht met Copic Markers. Ik zend deze kaart graag in naar de nieuwe challenge die bij Simon Says Stamp van start is gegaan!

Stampin with Liz Design: Fuzzy Hugs Card!

Hi there! I'm so enjoying this season, I love Fall, Halloween, Winter and Christmas cards! I hope you do too, lol, because I will be sharing a lot of them! Today I choose a winter card created with the Fuzzy Hugs stamp set from Mama Elephant!

Hoi allemaal! Ik geniet zo van dit seizoen, herfst, Halloween, winter of kerstkaarten, ik maak ze allemaal graag! Ik hoop dat jullie er ook van houden, want ik zal er nog best een aantal laten zien, haha! Vandaag koos ik voor een kaart gemaakt met de Fuzzy Hugs stempelset van Mama Elephant!

I choose again for a long and small card base. I get a lot of questions which size I use, I cut my paper at 19.5 x 17 cm and score them on 8.5 cm. I love this size, you can still create handmade envelopes for them if you'd like! I blended my background with a blending tool, Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick, Seedless Preserves and Black Soot Ranger Distress Oxide ink. I added some spatters with white ink on to my background to give it a snow feel.

Ik heb weer gekozen voor een smalle, lange kaartbasis. Ik heb veel vragen gekregen over het formaat van deze kaarten, dus hierbij, ik snijd ze op 19.5 x 17 cm en scoor ze dan op 8.5 cm. Ik houd zeker van dit formaat en indien je wilt, kun je natuurlijk een handgemaakte envelop er bij doen! Ik heb de achtergrond geblend met een blending tool, Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick, Seedless Preserves en Black Soot Ranger Distress Oxide inkt. Ik heb wat spatters met witte inkt op mijn achtergrond aangebracht om het op sneeuw te laten lijken. 

I then diecutted a piece of white cardstock with the Winter Forest Cover from Mama Elephant and adhered that on to my card base, cutting some of the edges of to make it a perfect fit. I then added two pieces of white cardstock that I diecutted with the Snow Drifts dies from Mft stamps. I coloured the edges of the paper with Tattered Rose ink.

Ik heb een wit stuk papier gestanst met de Winter Forest Cover stans van Mama Elephant en deze op mijn kaartbasis aangebracht. Ik heb de zijkanten wat ingekort om dit deel passend te maken aan mijn kaart. Ik heb vervolgens twee stroken wit papier gestanst met de Snow Drifts stansen van Mft stamps en deze ook aangebracht. De zijkanten heb ik iets met Tattered Rose inkt gekleurd. 

I then stamped the text 'I just wanted to send you a hug' in the middle at the bottom of my card using Versamark ink, gold embossing powder and a heat tool. Then I finally got to the vocal point of my card, the super adorable cuddling bears! I stamped, diecutted and coloured them with Copic Markers. I added them to my card using dimensionals. Aren't these two the cutest?

Ik heb de tekst 'I just wanted to send you a hug' in het midden onder gestempeld met Versamark ink, goud embossing poeder en een heat tool. Dan aangekomen bij de vocal point van mijn kaart, de super schattige knuffelende beertjes! Ik heb ze gestempeld, gestanst en gekleurd met Copic Markers. Ik heb ze op mijn kaart aangebracht met dimensionals. Zijn ze niet heel erg schattig?

Stampin with Liz Design: Fuzzy Hugs Card!

Hi my crafty friends! Hope you all enjoyed the weekend! Today I'm sharing a sweet Christmas card that I created with the new stamp set Fuzzy Hugs from Mama Elephant stamps! This set is from their new release and it is just too cute!

Hoi allemaal! Hoop dat jullie allemaal van het weekeind hebben genoten! Vandaag deel ik een super schattig kerstkaartje, gemaakt met de nieuwe stempelset Fuzzy Hugs van Mama Elephant stamps! Deze set komt uit hun nieuwe release en is zo schattig!

I used an A2 sized white base for my card. I then diecutted a front panel with a large Stitched Rectangle die and blended my background with Broken China and Tumbled Glass Ranger Distress Oxide ink. I added some white paint spatters and the text Merry, which I diecutted from black cardstock with the Merry Script die and the Holiday Hugs text which I stamped on dark red cardstock with Versamark ink and white embossing powder.

Ik heb een kaart basis van wit cardstock in A2 formaat genomen. Ik heb vervolgens een front panel gestanst met een grote Stitched Rectangle framelits en deze geblend met Broken China en Tumbled Glass Ranger Distress Oxide inkt. Met witte verf heb ik wat spatters aangebracht. De tekst Merry heb ik gestanst uit zwart cardstock met de Merry Script stans en de tekst Holiday Hugs heb ik gestempeld op donker rood cardstock met Versamark inkt en wit embossing poeder. 

For the bottom of my card, I diecutted another piece of white cardstock with the same Stitched Rectangle die to make it a perfect match with the sky and then diecutted this piece with the gorgeous new Hilly Neighbourhood framelits. There is a stitched part with the fun houses and trees. I blended them with Ranger Distress Oxide ink and coloured them with Copic Markers. I then stamped, diecutted and coloured this cute image to finish my card. I coloured it with Copics as well and added my image to my card with dimensionals.

Voor de onderkant heb ik een strook wit cardstock gestanst met dezelfde Stitched Rectangle framelits om deze met de lucht passend te maken en vervolgens met de prachtige nieuwe Hilly Neighbourhood framelits. Hierin zit een stitched deel en daarboven de leuke huisjes en bomen. Ik heb deze met Ranger Distress Oxide inkt en Copic Markers gekleurd. Dan om de kaart af te maken heb ik de schattige afbeelding uit de set gestempeld, gestanst en gekleurd, ook met Copics. Ik heb deze leuke afbeelding met dimensionals op mijn kaart aangebracht.
