Stampin with Liz Design: CAS on Friday Challenges!

Hi everyone! Today a new challenge starts at CAS on Friday Challenges, so exciting! It's my turn to host this challenge, and I picked the theme summer, hope you all like it! I created this fun summer card with the fun Beach Babes stamp set from Hello Bluebird stamps!

I hope a lot of you will join this challenge! Creating a CAS card means keeping your card Clean and Simple, that is the only rule for this fun challenge! I choose a square size for this card, starting with a white square card base. I then trimmed a front panel just slighty smaller then my card base and created a fun summer scene!

I created two big water splatters on my background using the Splat it and Splotch Stencil from Clearly Besotted and Tumbled Glass and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide ink from Ranger. I then stamped the cute little piglets having fun in the sun and the water, coloured them with Copic Markers and added them to my card with dimensionals. The fun text is from the stamp set as well!

Thank you so much for watching today, hope you enjoyed this fun summer card and to see you next time!

Stampin with Liz Design: CAS on Friday Challenges!

Hi there crafters! Today we have a new challenge for you at CAS on Friday Challenges! I must admit this one was a bit of a challenge for me as well, this time the theme is to use Anything but White. For me a CAS card has a lot of white, lol, so I had to sit down and think about this one. I came up with this cute card, created with the Maverick stamp set from Hello Bluebird, completely without white!

I'm glad I started thinking outside the box, lol, sometimes you come up with ideas you really like! I used a card base for my card and started thinking about what I'd like on my front. I choose a grey striped piece of patterned paper, which I diecutted with a Stitched Rectangle die. I then stamped the text from the stamp set 'You're the Best' underneath where I wanted my images to be.

I stamped the cute bunny, the plane, two clouds and birds from the set and coloured them with Copic Markers. I then diecutted a stitched circle from Vellum and added the circle and the images on to my card using dimensionals. Pretty cute and CAS right without white?

Thanks for stopping by, hope to see you all entering the challenge!

Stampin with Liz Design: Hello Bluebird Besties Card!

Hi there! Welcome at another Stampin with Liz Design blog post! Today I'm sharing a fun card I created with the adorable stamp set Besties from Hello Bluebird stamps!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size (which is approximately 4 1/4" x 5 1/2") and then diecutted a front panel with a Stitched Rectangle die from My Favorite Things. I then stamped the bunny and bear on this panel. I masked these two cuties before stamping the cloud with the grass part and flowers on top of the two.

I then masked the cloud as well, to start blending a background. I used Black Soot, Chipped Sapphire, Peacock Feathers, Broken China and Tumbled Glass for the sky part and Mowed Lawn and Peeled Paint Ranger Distress Oxide ink for the grass part. I added some stars to the sky and grass on the bottom part. I then coloured the cloud and the adorable other images with Copic Markers.

Thank you so much for watching today, I hope you enjoyed this fun card!

Stampin with Liz Design: Hello Bluebird Picked For You, Pathway Card!

Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing a card that I created with two amazing new stamp sets from one of my favourite companies, Hello Bluebird Stamps! In their latest release there where some great stamps I just couldn't resist! The sets I used for today are called Pathway and Picked for You!

The Pathway stamp set is an amazing background stamp, which you can create an entire scene with for your card! I started this card with a white card base in A2 size (which is approximately 4 1/4" x 5 1/2") and stamped this amazing background on the front of my card. I used no ink pads for this cute card, just Copic Markers!

I then stamped the fun image of the girl, the bunny, the brench and the cutest little bird from the Picked for You stamp set. They are so adorable! I fussy cutted them and also coloured them with Copic Markers. I added these images with dimensionals on to my card. A very detailed card, with just two stamp set and Copic Markers! I love how easy these stamps make it to create a piece of art with!

Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!

Stampin with Liz Design: Hello Bluebird Fairy Garden Card!

Hi everyone! Hope you all enjoyed your weekend! Today I'm sharing another card with one of my favourite stamp sets, the Fairy Garden stamp set from Hello Bluebird! I just love their stamps!

I used a slimline card base for my card for today. They are so cool, you can use a lot of images on these gorgeous cards! I masked the sides of my card base to keep them clean and white before I started blending a colourful background! I used a blending tool and Wilted Violet, Festive Berries, Worn Lipstock and Tatterned Rose Distress Oxide ink from Ranger. I stamped the text 'Thank you fariy much' in the top middle.

I then stamped the fun images from the Fairy Garden set and added a few mushrooms and a flower from the Garden Friends and the Storybook Friends set, which are all just gorgeous! I fussy cutted the images and coloured them with Copic Markers. I added some glitter to the wings of these cute faries and added all my images with dimensionals on to my card base!

Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!
