Stampin with Liz Design: Creation Station Blog Hop!

Ik wil jullie vandaag een gave kaart laten zien gemaakt met de prachtige stempelset Serene Garden uit deze sectie!

Welcome today at another Creation Station Blog Hop! The amazing Creation Station Design Team hops every first sunday of the month. This months theme is 'Artistic Expression'. Between the pages 126- 179 of the catalog you'll find the section stamp sets Artistic Expression. I'd like to show you an amazing card with the gorgeous stamp set Serene Garden from that section!

Bij deze prachtige stempelset zijn er ook framelits te koop, de Garden Scene Framelits! Voor de basis van mijn kaart heb ik een strook Pool Party Cardstock gebruikt. Op de voorgrond een strook Whisper White Cardstock die ik bestempeld heb met de prachtige blaadjes en bloemen uit de set.

With this stamp set you can buy matching Framelits! They are called Garden Scene Framelits! I used a piece of Pool Party Cardstock for the base of my card. On top of that I used a piece of Whisper White Cardstock that I've stamped with the gorgeous leaves and flower stamps from the set.

Na het stempelen heb ik de afbeeldingen met de Stampin' Blends ingekleurd. De bloemen heb en de vogel zijn met de framelits gestanst en op de kaart aangebracht met dimensionals. De tekst komt uit de Dragonfly Dreams stempelset.

After stamping I colored the images with Stampin' Blends. The flower and bird are diecutted with the framelits and applied to the card with dimensionals. The text comes from the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set.

Stampin with Liz Design: Serene Garden Card with tutorial!

Hoi, welkom vandaag op mijn blog! Ik laat jullie graag een kaart zien die ik gemaakt heb met een nieuwe stempelset uit de nieuwe jaarcatalogus. Het blijft leuk nieuwe producten te ontdekken! Ik ben vandaag aan de slag gegaan met de prachtige Serene Garden stempelset!

Hi, welcome at my blog today! I'd like to show you guys a card that I've created with a new stamp from the new year catalog. I't so much fun to keep exploring all the new stamps in there! For today I used the amazing Serene Garden stamp set!

Voor de achtergrond van deze kaart heb ik een geweldig strookje papier uit de Tea Room Specialty Designer Series Paper gebruikt op een Thick Whisper White Cardstock ondergrond. Ik houd wel van streepjes!

For the bakcground I used a grogeous piece of paper from the Tea Room Specialty Designer Series Paper on a base of Thick Whisper White Cardstock. I like the stripes!

Op de voorgrond heb ik een rechthoek van Pool Party en Whisper White Cardstock op mijn basis kaart geplaatst met dimensionals. Hierop heb ik een achtergrond gecreëert met spons techniek en de prachtige stempel uit de set gestempeld. De stempelafbeelding heb ik ingekleurd met de Stampin' Blends Markers.

On the front I placed a rectangle from Pool Party and Whisper White Cardstock with dimensionals on my card base. I created a background on that with sponge technique and stamped the gorgeous stamp from the set on it. I colored the stamped image with the Stampin' Blends Markers.

Om het rechthoekje heen heb ik voor het plakken een stukje Linen Thread gedaan en geknoopt aan de voorzijde. Op Basic Black Cardstock heb ik met Versamark inkt en White Embossing powder de tekst gemaakt. In de Serene Garden zit geen tekst, ik vind de tekst uit de stempelset Dragonfly Dreams erg leuk combineren en heb daar dan ook een tekst uit gebruikt. Around the rectangle you'll find a piece of Linen Thread which I knotted at the front. On Basic Black Cardstock I stamped the tekst with Versamark Ink and White Embossing powder. The Serene Garden set doesn't contain text, I love combining this set with the text from the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set. Would you like to see how this card came about? Check my Video Tutorial! Met deze kaart wil ik graag mee doen bij de challenge van deze week bij Global Design Project. Het thema daar is een sketch en zoals jullie wellicht al weten, houd ik daar wel van! Heerlijk om een leuk uitgangspunt voor je kaart te hebben en soms maak je dan kaarten waar je eigenlijk anders misschien helemaal niet op gekomen was, ik vind het heerlijk!

With this card I'd like to enter the challenge of this week at Global Design Project. This weeks theme is a sketch and is you might al ready now, I love those! It's so nice to have a starting point for your card and go from there. It get's you to cards you might other wise never would have thought of. I love it!
