Welcome at the Artisan Bloghop for May! Not long now anymore for it will be summer! Our bloghop's theme for this month are the stamp sets Waterfront and Southern Serenade. I'm al ready in summer mood, haha, so I created some lovely cards with a sunset on the beach theme with the Waterfront set!
Voor mijn eerste kaart heb ik een basis van Sahara Sand Cardstock gebruikt. Op de voorkant een stuk Old Olive Cardstock dat ik bestempeld heb met een leuk blaadje dat ik wel vond passen in het thema palmboom, deze komt uit een andere stempelset. Op de voorgrond vind je een scene die ik met de stempelset en met behulp van een spons en inkt gecreëerd heb.
I used a base from Sahara Sand Cardstock for my first card. On the front I used a piece of Old Olive Cardstock that I've stamped with a fun leave which I thought matched with the team, palm tree, but is from a different stamp set. On the front I created a scene with the Waterfront set and sponges and ink.
Voor mijn tweede kaart heb ik een basis gebruikt van Whisper White Cardstock. Ik heb een normale maat kaart aangehouden, maar de voorkant gehalveerd om een soort interactieve achtergrond te creëren. Met het strand voorop en de zonsondergang daar achter.
For my second card I used a base from Whisper White Cardstock. I took the normal size for a card, but I did cut the front of the card in half to create an interactive background. With the beach up front and the sunset behind that.
De palmboompjes, de strandhuisjes, de tekst, zon, water en watersputters vind je allemaal in deze geweldige set. Naast een strandthema, vind je in de set ook leuke stempels om een berg- of bosachtergrond te creëren. Erg veelzijdig dus!
The palmtrees, beach cabins, text, sun, water and waterdrops are all in this amazing set! Next to a beach theme, there are stamps in this set to create a mountain- or forrest scenery! Very versitile!
