Stampin with Liz Design: My Favorite Things Snow Buddies Card!

Hi there crafters! I'm so excited today to share this card that I'm sending in to the new 2020 Card Design Superstar Challenge at My Favorite Things! I so love their amazing products, that I'm crossing my fingers on my entry! I created this fun CAS card with the amazing stamp set Snow Buddies and will send this card in to the Clean and Simple Genius challenge!

As you probably know, I do love a good CAS card! The clean, white look with a stunning image is just so much fun! Well, fun images you'll certainly find in this stamp set! I started this card with a white card base and added a front panel that I diecutted with a Wonky Stitched Rectangle die. 

I blended a piece on the upper part of my panel, using Black Soot, Chipped Sapphire, Blueprint Sketch and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide ink. I added some snow with a white gel marker. I then stamped the text from the set 'I have snow much fun when we're together' underneath where I wanted to place my stamped images. I stamped 4 amazing images from this stamp set, fussy cutted them and coloured them with Copic Markers. I added them with dimensionals on to my panel, and then added my panel with dimensionals on to my card base! Are you crossing your thumbs with me? If you are entering as well, good luck to you too!

Stampin with Liz Design: Snow Buddies Card!

Hi everyone! Did you all see the new release from Mft stamps? It is so amazing this month! Of course I had to order some of these gorgeous things! Loads of credit to Doe@ding where I ordered on thursday afternoon, for sending my package the same day to I al ready could enjoy crafting with these goodies just the next day! For sure my favorite set from this relaese is the amazing Snow Buddies set, so showing you guys a card with this set first! Stay tuned for more snow fun tomorrow!

Hoi allemaal! Hebben jullie de nieuwe Mft stamps release ook gezien? Deze maand was de release werkelijk weer prachtig en heb ik natuurlijk een aantal dingen besteld! Ik noem graag nog even Doe@ding hier, waar ik dinsdag aan het einde van de middag besteld heb en woensdagochtend al van mijn spulletjes kon genieten! Mijn favoriete set uit deze release is zeker Snow Buddies! Dus vandaag een kaartje als eerste met deze geweldige set, morgen meer sneeuwpret!

I used a white A2 sized card base for my card and as I like doing, lol, I masked the sides of my card for nice, white and clean borders. I then blended a background using the colours Tumbled Glass, Broken China, Faded Jeans, Stormy Sky and Black Soot, all Ranger Distress Oxide inks. I added some white paint spatters to create a snow look and added some snow stars from the stamp set and text, using black ink and Versamark ink with white embossing powder.

Ik heb een witte kaartbasis in A2 formaat genomen voor deze kaart. Ik heb vervolgens, iets wat ik graag doe, haha, de zijkanten afgeplakt met masking tape om mooie, witte zijkanten over te houden. Hierna ben ik mijn achtergrond gaan blenden met een blending tool en de kleuren Tumbled Glass, Broken China, Faded Jeans, Stormy Sky en Black Soot, allemaal Ranger Distress Oxide inkt. Ik heb vervolgens spatters met witte verf aangebracht, sneeuwsterren uit de set en tekst, die ik heb gestempeld met zwarte inkt en Versamark inkt in combinatie met witte embossing poeder. 

For the bottom of my card I diecutted two pieces of white cardstock with the Sitched Snow Drifts dies and added them on to my card. I then stamped, diecutted and coloured the very adorable images from the stamp set. with Copic Markers. I added them to my card using dimensionals. I just love this set, it is so cute!!

Voor de onderkant van mijn kaart heb ik twee stroken wit papier gestanst met de Stitched Snow Drifts dies en ze op mijn kaart aangebracht. Ik heb vervolgens de prachtige stempels uit de set gestempeld, gestanst en gekleurd met Copic Markers en ze op mijn kaart aangebracht met dimensionals. Deze set is gewoon zo gaaf!!
