Welcome today at a new Artisan Design Team Blog Hop! Today the team members like to share some inspiration with new products! If you are a demonstrator for Stampin' Up! then you've probably already heard about the Snowflake Showcase Promotopn or placed a pre-order. Would you like to order these new products, but you're not a demonstrator, these products will be available for everyone on November the 1st!
Ik laat jullie vandaag 2 kaarten zien die ik gemaakt heb met de Snow is Glistening stempel set met bijbehorende Snowfall Thinlit Dies. Voor deze kaart heb ik een basis van Thick Whisper White Cardstock gebruikt. Voor de voorgrond heb ik voor de onderkant gebruik gemaakt van prachtig nieuw White Velveteen Papier. Dit is prachtig wit en heeft een mooie structuur, een beetje fluweel achtig. Dit komt op de foto wellicht niet over zoals in het echt, maar heerlijk materiaal voor sneeuwvlaktes, sneeuwvlokken etc!
I'd like to show you two cards today that I've created with the Snow is Glistening stamp set and the coordinating Snowfall Thinlit Dies. I used a base of Thick Whisper White Cardstock for this card. For the front at the bottom I used a piece of the gorgeous new White Velveteen Paper. This is so pretty, with a gorgeous structure, feels like velvet! You probably don't see the real deal on the photo's unfortunately, but it's gorgeous material to use for snow area's or snowflakes!
Voor de bovenkant van deze kaart heb ik met spons en Night of Navy inkt een achtergrond aangebracht op Whisper White Cardstock. Na het sponsen heb ik de sneeuwvlokken gestanst en de achtergrond met dimensionals op de basiskaart aangebracht. Dit geeft een prachtig effect! De tekst Christmas komt uit de set, voor de tekst Merry heb ik gebruik gemaakt van de Merry Christmas Thinlits Dies.
For the top of my card I sponged a background with Night of Navy ink on Whisper White Cardstock. After sponging I diecutted the snowflakes and added my background with dimensionals on to the base of my card which gives it a gorgeous see through effect! The text Christmas comes from the stamp set, the text Merry comes from the Merry Christmas Thinlits Dies.
Voor mijn tweede kaart heb ik ook een basis van Thick Whisper White Cardstock gebruikt. Dit heeft een heerlijk stevige kaart! Vervolgens heb ik een achtergrond op watercolor paper aangebracht met Night of Navy en Balmy Blue inkt. De sneeuwvlokken zijn hierop gestempeld met Versamark inkt, bestrooid met White Embossing poeder en daarna verhit met een Heat Tool. Hetzelfde heb ik gedaan met de tekst op Basic Black Cardstock. Verder heb ik nog een Snowflake Trinket aangebracht, heel gaaf!
For my second card I also used a base of Thick Whisper White Cardstock. It gives a very steady base for your card! I then applied a watercolor background on watercolor paper with Night of Navy and Balmy Blue ink. I stamped the snowflakes on there with Versamark ink, sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder and heated it with a Heat Tool. The same for the white text on the Basic Black Cardstock. At last I applied a Snowflake Trinkets on my card, such a fun embellishment!
