Stampin with Liz Design: Jane's Doodles Ahoy Card!

Hi everyone! Welcome to a new Stampin with Liz Design blog post! Today I'm over at the Jane's Doodles blog with a fun, new card! I created this cute slimline card with the Ahoy! stamp set!

I started this card with a white card base and added a front panel that I diecutted with a fun slimline die. I used a scalloped die to diecute a piece of light Kraft paper with, and a stitched slimline die for my front panel. I blended a fun background on this panel, using Tumbled Glass, Peacock Feathers and Antique Linen Distress Oxide ink from Ranger. I diecutted the beach and waves and added them to my base.

I then stamped all the fun images from the Ahoy! stamp set, they are the most adorable pirates I've ever seen for sure, lol! I fussy cutted the images, coloured them with Copic Markers and added them on to my card using dimensionals. Ahoy! everyone!

Thank you so much for watching today, hope you enjoyed this fun card and to see you next time!

Stampin with Liz Design: SugarPea Designs Mix it Up Challenge #69!

Hi everyone! Have you seen the amazing Mix It Up Challenge at SugarPea Designs this month? There is still time to enter this fun challenge! Today I hope to inspire you with a fun idea for this challenge that I created with the Parisian Holiday stamp set!

You can enter this challenge worldwide and have a change on winning a $ 50 gift certificate! The more times you enter, the better chance you have! You can pick the moodboard, or the sketch, or mix them both! I choose to mix them! I used both ideas!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size (which is approximately 4 1/4" x 5 1/2") and diecutted a piece of white cardstock with a die from the SugarCut - Postage Stamp set. I created a fun circle on this piece by using the Concentric Circles stencil, Wilted Violet and Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide ink from Ranger.

I then diecutted a piece of light grey cardstock with the SugarCuts Paris Scape die and added this piece just underneath my circle. Then, last but certainly not least, I stamped the cute little Paris girl from the stamp set, coloured her with Copic Markers, fussy cutted her and added this adorable girl to my card using dimensionals!

Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time! Stay safe everyone!

Stampin with Liz Design: CAS on Friday Challenges!

Hi everyone! Today a new challenge starts at CAS on Friday Challenges, so exciting! It's my turn to host this challenge, and I picked the theme summer, hope you all like it! I created this fun summer card with the fun Beach Babes stamp set from Hello Bluebird stamps!

I hope a lot of you will join this challenge! Creating a CAS card means keeping your card Clean and Simple, that is the only rule for this fun challenge! I choose a square size for this card, starting with a white square card base. I then trimmed a front panel just slighty smaller then my card base and created a fun summer scene!

I created two big water splatters on my background using the Splat it and Splotch Stencil from Clearly Besotted and Tumbled Glass and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide ink from Ranger. I then stamped the cute little piglets having fun in the sun and the water, coloured them with Copic Markers and added them to my card with dimensionals. The fun text is from the stamp set as well!

Thank you so much for watching today, hope you enjoyed this fun summer card and to see you next time!

Stampin with Liz Design: Jane's Doodles Outdoors Happy Camper Card!

Hi everyone! Today I'm excited to be over at the Jane's Doodles blog with a fun new card! I created this fun card with the critters camping with two of Jane's stamp set, Outdoors and Happy Camper! We love to camp with our family, hopefully next year we will be able again!

I used a slimline card base in white for this card and diecutted a front panel with a die from the Slim Card Basics from Mama Elephant. I blended a fun background using the colours Antique Linen, Brushed Corduroy, Black Soot, Chipped Sapphire, Blueprint Sketch, Mermaid Lagoon and Peacock Feathers from Ranger, all Distress Oxide inks, which are great for blending!

I then stamped and fussy cutted the images from both sets. I coloured them after with my Copic Markers and added them on to my card using dimensionals. Don't you want to camp with these cute animals? I'm positive they are super friendly!

Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!

Stampin with Liz Design: Create a Smile Challenges!

Hi everyone! Are you all ready for a new challenge at Create a Smile Challenges? Today we have a fun new sketch for you! I created a gorgeous flower card with this sketch in mind, using the Magnolia stamp set!

You can enter this challenge world wide and have a chance at winning a € 25 gift certificate to spend at Create a Smile stamps! For those of you who don't own a Create a Smile stamp set yet, you can use one of the freebies that are up on their site!

I love the circles on this sketch and thought it would be fun to use them, using the Bubble Circles stencil on a slimline card! I started this card by masking the borders of my card base, to keep them nice and clean, and then started blending my background softly with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink from Ranger.

I then used the fun stencil to create cirlces, using Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide ink. I then stamped the gorgeous flowers from the Magnolia stamp set, fussy cutted them and coloured them with Copic Markers. I added them on to my card using dimensionals. I diecutted the word Happy in two colours with the Cool Cuts Happy dies and stamped the text Birthday just underneath, which is from the stamp set Cart Full of Treasures!

Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!
