Hi there! Today I'm over at the LDRS Creative blog today with a gorgeous flower card! I created this card with the amazing new stamp set Lily Floral Thanks stamp set and the stunning Floral Mosaic A2 Cover Plate!
I started this card with a card base in A2 size from a light colour Kraft cardstock and then started working on a fun background. I added a few leaves from the stamp set in a slighty darker colour ink then my cardstock and then added loads of white dots to make it a bit more interesting. I also added a few gold sequins.
I then started working on my vocal point of my card, the gorgeous flower in front of the amazing background I created with the Floral Mosaic A2 Cover Plate. I blended a piece of white cardstock with pink colours ink and added the diecutted piece from the Cover Plate die in front of my blended piece. The cover plate covers the total card, I just used a piece for my card. I then stamped the gorgeous flower and text from the set, diecutted them and coloured the flower with alcohol markers before adding them on to my card.
