Stampin with Liz Design: Magical Day Card!

Afgelopen weekeind heb ik heerlijk met water en inkt gespeeld, perfect is het nog niet helemaal, maar oefening baart natuurlijk kunst! Heerlijk om te doen is het zeker, voor mij werkt het heel ontspannend.

I had some time this weekend to play a bit around with water and ink. I haven't perfected my skills completely yet, but practice makes perfect! It's so fun to do, for me it's very relaxing!

De basis van deze kaart is van Whisper White Cardstock met voorop een strook Watercolor Paper. Ik heb een lucht gecreëerd met wolkjes en de leuke sterren die je in de Magical Day stempelset aantreft. Onderop een weg naar het kasteel en gras. Zo simpel, maar erg leuk!

The base of this card is made from Whisper White Cardstock with a piece of Watercolor Paper up front. I created a sky with clouds and the fun stars that you can find in the Magical Day stamp set. At the bottom a road to the castle and grass. So simple, but so much fun!

Het kasteel, de ridder en de draak heb ik uit het prachtige Myths & Magics Specialty Design Paper geknipt. Geweldig leuk zijn ze!

I fussy cut the castle, the knight and dragon from the gorgeous Myths & Magics Specialty Design Paper. They are just amazing!

De tekst"You are one of a kind" komt uit de stempelset en heb ik boven in gestempeld. Ik heb weer een hoop plezier gehad met het creëren van deze kaart. Wat mij betreft mogen er wel meer diertjes en leuke figuurtjes in de catalogus komen, ik houd er wel van!

The text You are one of a kind" is from the set. I stamped it on the top of my card. I had a lot of fun creating this card. If it was up to me there would me more fun critters and figurs in the catalog, I like it!

Stampin with Liz Design: Creation Station Bloghop!

Welkom vandaag bij een nieuwe Creation Station Bloghop! Deze maand is ons thema: Color my World! Ik ben er helemaal voor gegaan, een kleurvolle kaart die voor een deel met de Stampin' Blends Markers is ingekleurd. Heb jij deze nieuwe sets al gezien? Ik houd er wel van, fantasie, heerlijk! Het mag wel een keer speels en vrolijk!

Welcome today at another Creation Station Bloghop! This months theme is; Color my World! I went all out, I created a colorful card which I partially coloured with the Stampin' Blends Markers. Did you see these new sets all ready? They are amazing, I just love it! Every once in a while it can be fun and playful!

Voor deze kaart heb ik het schattige eenhoorntje uit de Magical Day stempelset gebruikt. Deze komt met bijpassende Magical Mates Framelits Dies, zo heerlijk, niets knippen dus! De regenboog en de geweldige wolken komen uit de Rainbow Builder Framelits Dies. Hier hoort ook een stempelset bij, de Sunshine & Rainbows set.

I used the cute unicorn that you can find in the Magical Day Stamp Set for this card. It comes with matching Magical Mates Framelits Dies, I love that, no cutting with scissort necessary! The Rainbow and amazing clouds are from the Rainbow Builder Framelits Dies. It comes with a stamp set, the Sunshine & Rainbows set.

De basis van deze kaart bestaat uit Whisper White Cardstock met daarvoor het leuke wolkjespapier uit de Myths & Magic Specialty Designer Series Paper. Op de voorgrond in Whisper White en vellum de wolkjes. De regenboog is erg leuk in verschillende kleuren op te bouwen. Met een paar sequins en een randje Wink of Stella is de kaart af!

I've used Whisper White Cardstock as a base for my card with on top of that the cute cloud paper from the Myths & Magic Specialty Designer Series Paper. On the front in Whisper White and Vellum for the cloudline. With a few sequins and a bit Wink of Stella this card is finished!

Stampin with Liz Design: Magical Day!

Ridders, draken en magie, mij maak je daar wel blij mee! Voor mij was het deze Magical Day de eerste stempelset die mij op viel in de nieuwe voorjaarscatalogus die binnenkort uit komt! Als demonstratrice voor Stampin' Up heb ik deze set in een pre-order al mogen ontvangen, met bijbehorende framelits en bijpassend design papier. Wil jij de nieuwe catalogus alvast in zien? Knight, dragons and magic, I just love it! For me this Magical Day stamp set was the first set that stood out for me in the new Spring catalog that will be here soon! As a demonstrator for Stampin' Up, I got to pre-order this set, with the matching framelits and design paper. This catalog will be online on the 3th of January!

Voor deze kaart heb ik 2 design paper series gebruikt. De Wood Textures serie kende je natuurlijk al, de Myths & Magical Specialty serie is helemaal nieuw en past natuurlijk prachtig bij de stempels. De stempels heb ik ingekleurd met de nieuwe Stampin' Blends. Heerlijk om te doen!

I used two set of design paper for this card. You al ready know the Wood Textures series. The Myths & Magical Specialty series is totally new and fits the stamp set so well. I coloured the stamps with the new Stampin' Blends. Just so much fun to do!

In deze geweldige nieuwe set vind je allemaal magische figuren. Naast de ridder, de draak en de tovenaar vind je ook een eenhoorn, zeemeermin, een super schattig zeepaardje en natuurlijk prachtige teksten. Deze zijn allemaal na het stempelen makkelijk uit te stansen met de bijpassende framelits.

In this amazing new set you find all magical creatures. Next to a knight, dragon and wizzard, you'll find a unicorn, mermaid, a super cute little seahorse and of course gorgeous text. All of these you can easily diecut with the matching framelits.

Ik vind het altijd heerlijk wanneer er bij een stempelset bijpassend papier zit. Voor mij geeft dat een kaart vaak wel echt iets extra's. Erg blij ben ik dan ook met de hele set! Het lijkt soms even een investering alles samen, maar wat mij betreft aan te raden om makkelijk super mooie kaarten te maken!

I always love it when a stamp set comes with paper that matches. I think it gives your card just a little extra. So I'm really content with the whole set! It seems like an investemt sometimes to buy everything together, but I would say just do it. It makes creating so much easy and fun!
