Lawn Fawn - Cake it Easy Card!

Hi there crafty friends! Yay, who is in for a piece of chocolate cake today?! I just love these cuties partying and having cake! I'm over at Fawny Freaks today to share this fun birthday card created with Lawn Fawn products!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size and then added a fun piece of striped patterned paper. I then diecutted a piece of blue patterned paper from the Speckles Petite Paper Pack. I diecutted this piece using the Stitched Cloud Backdrop and the Outside In Stitched Scalloped Rectangle dies. I then added a piece of white cardstock. I blended this part using green Ranger Distress Oxide ink and a blending tool. 

I then diecutted pink paper with the Giant Outlined Yay dies. I then stamped the cake and mice using the following stamp sets: Cake it Easy, Simply Celebrate Hangouts, All the Party Hats, Tea-rrific Day Add-on and Capybaras stamp sets. I fussy cutted all the adorable images, and then colored them with Copic Markers before adding them on to my card.

MFT Stamps - Sketch Challenge!

Hi there crafty friends! Welcome at a new Sketch Challenge at MFT Stamps! We have a fun new sketch up for you this week, join us for a change to win a $ 50 gift Voucher at MFT Stamps! Can't wait to see you entries! I created a fun card with the adorable Mice Day to Celebrate stamp set to start inspiring you!

I choose a slimline card base for this card, to match the sketch the best! I started with a white card base and then added a piece of patterned paper from the Wallpaper Paper Pack. I then diecutted a piece of white cardstock with the stitched die from the Slimline Starter Die-namics set. 

I then started working on my front panel. I stamped the cute images from the stamp set first, and then masked these partying cuties. When you create a one layer card, masking is important if you want to add colour or other images behind your stamped images, to keep them nice and clean. 

I then blended my background with Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide ink and added loads of splatters. I then removed my masking paper and coloured the fun images with Copic Markers. To finish this card with, I added the words Happy Birthday, by diecutting black foam with the amazing In Stitched Lowercase Alphabet Die-namics!

MFT Stamps - June Vault Release Countdown!

Hi there everyone! Are you al ready for the last Countdown Day of the MFT Stamps Vault Release?! We are sharing some more amazing Birdie Brown products that we are bringing back and will be available in the store tomorrow! I created a card full of birthday fun, featuring the Happy Hippo's stamp set!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size. I blended the front of my card using Distress Oxide ink in festive, fun colours. I added a subtle background using the Punched Pattern Stencil.  I added a fun frame, using white cardstock which I diecutted with a die from the Stitched Rectangle Scallop Edge Frame Die-namics. 

I then added loads of splatters, using pink and white ink and then started stamping the super adorable critters from the stamp set. These guys are having some birthday fun! I added them on to my card using foam dimensionals and then added the fun sentiment from the set to finish this cute card with!

MFT Stamps - Celebrate You Card Kit Release Day!

Hi there everyone! Yeah, it's release day today at MFT Stamps! The amazing Celebrate You Card Kit is now available in the store! Today the team is sharing another round of amazing inspiration with this gorgeous kit! I'm sharing another fun birthday card today!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size. I then added a front panel, created from Summer Splash Cardstock, diecutted with the largest die from the Double Stitched Rectangle Die-namics. I created a fun background on this piece, using the balloons from the Celebrate You stamp set and Summer Splash ink. 

I then added some white splatters to this background, making it a bit more interesting! I stamped the amazing text Birthday with the candle for an i and twice the word happy from the stamp set on to my card. I then stamped the fun birthday presents in pink colours, diecutted them and added them stacked on to my card using foam dimensionals.
