MFT Stamps - Sketch Challenge!

Hi there crafty friends! Welcome at a new MFT Stamps Sketch Challenge! We have a fun new sketch up for you this week, join in for a chance to win a $ 50 gift Voucher at MFT Stamps! I created a fun card with this sketch using the amazing Magical Friends stamp set!

I choose to turn this sketch 90 degrees and used an A2 white card base to start with. I added a front panel, which I alway love to do, because of their nice borders, which gives your card a bit extra. I diecutted white cardstock for this panel with the largest rectangle die from the Wonky Stitched Rectangle Stax Die-namics. 

I then blended a night sky on my panel, using different dark colours of blue ink for this part and then added loads of white splatters. I kept a circle clean by masking it in the middle of my panel. After blending the blue part, I removed my masking tape and blended the moon in a grey colour. 

I added clouds above and below, to match the sketch. I diecutted these pieces from white cardstock with the Stitched Cloud Edges Die-namics and blended them with a soft blue colour. I stamped the fun sentiment from the set on the cloud at the bottom. I then added a banner which I diecutted from Cement Gray Cardstock with the Slimline Skinny Strips Die-namics. I stamped, diecutted and coloured the amazing images from the stamp set and added them to this magical card!

MFT Stamps - Sketch Challenge!

Hi everyone! Welcome to a new Sketch Challenge at MFT Stamps! Are you all ready for a fun new challenge? Enter your project for a change to win a $ 50 gift Voucher at MFT Stamps! I created a card to get inspired with, using the Magical Friends stamp set!

I choose an A2 card base from white cardstock for this fun card and then added a front panel which I diecutted with the largest die from the A2 Wonky Stitched Rectangles Stax Die-namics. I blended a fun night sky on this piece, using different colours of blue ink. 

I just love sketches, it give you such a great start to get creating! To match the sketch I kept the bottom part of my blended area clean. On the upper part I added loads of splatters to make my background pop a bit more! I do admit, I love splattering, lol!

I then added a smaller rectangle, on which I blended a grass and a sky part. I added the fun images from the stamp set, diecutted and coloured them. I stamped the sentiment in the fun text bubble!

MFT Stamps - Slimline Card Challenge!

Hi there crafters! Welcome to a new Slimline Challenge at MFT Stamps! Let your imagination take flight! Grab your favorite bugs, bees, butterflies and birds to create a slimline design featuring thing with with wings! I'm sharing a fun card using the Magical Friends stamp set, with the cute dragons with wings of course!

I used a slimline card base for this card of course, and then added a front panel, which I diecutted with the stitched rectangle die from the Slimline Starter Die-namics. I started creating a fun background on this piece, by blending with different colours of ink. 

I started with a sand road, using the Stitched Slimline Snow Drifts to create a mask with. I then blended the grass and the sky, using the Slimline Cloud Edges stencil. I then added all the fun images from the set, diecutted them and coloured them with Copic Markers.
