MFT Stamps - Sketch Challenge!

Hi there everyone! Welcome to our weekly new Sketch Challenge at MFT Stamps! Every wednesday we have a fun new sketch up for you! Join us to have a change at winning a $ 50 gift Voucher at MFT Stamps! I created a fun Halloween card for you today with the amazing Frightfully Sweet stamp set!

For this card I choose a white card base in A2 size. I just love stitched borders, so I decided to add a front panel to my card base, fow which I diecutted a piece of white cardstock with the largest die from the Stitched Rectangles A2 stax Die-Namics. 

I love doing sketches, it's such a great point to start your project with. I thought about what I could do with the oval in the middle of this sketch and thought it would be fun to use the Watercolor Wash Free Form for this piece.

I blended a night sky with a moon and dark grass using this fun stencil. For the moon I diecutted a piece of masking paper with a circle die and to create the grass I used the Grassy Edges Stencil. I then stamped, diecutted and coloured the amazing images from the Frightfully Sweet stamp set. To match the vertical lines used in the sketch, I added threads of a spiderweb with the cutest spiders ever! I stamped the sentiment underneath the blended free form.

MFT Stamps - Sketch Challenge!

Hi there crafty friends! Welcome at a new Sketch Challenge at MFT Stamps! We have a fun new sketch up for you this week, join us for a change to win a $ 50 gift Voucher at MFT Stamps! Can't wait to see you entries! I created a fun card with the adorable Super Boy stamp set to start inspiring you!

I started thinking about this sketch, and thought it would be fun to use the Witch Way is the Candy stamp set and the Watercolor Wash Free Form to create a fun scene with!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size and added a front panel, which I raised by using foam dimensionals. I created my front panel, by diecutting a piece of white cardstock with a die from the Wonky Stitched Rectangles Stax Die-namics. 

I then used the Watercolor Wash Free Form Stencil to blend a gorgeous blue background with, using different colours of blue ink. I added loads of white splatters to make it more fun and then stamped the fun images from the set, diecutted them with the coordinating dies and coloured them with Copic Markers. A treat for you from me!

MFT Stamps - Outside the Box Challenge!

Hi there friends! Welcome to a new Outside the Box Challenge at MFT Stamps! This month we have a fun new theme up, which I really love, Halloween! Show us your fun spooky creations! I created a fun box card usingthe Frightfully Sweet stamp set!

I started this fun card box, which you can send just flat in an envelop, as you can fold this card right into a flat model, by diecutting a card frame from Tropical Teal Cardstock using the amazing Outside the Box Level Up Die-namics!

I added a background which I blended, leaving a moon on there, to place the spooky tree in front of. I diecutted a tree, a scary bat, grass panels and a fence from black cardstock. I then stamped the images from the cutest Halloween set ever, diecutted them with coordinating dies and coloured them with Copic Markers.
