Stampin with Liz Design: Create a Smile Challenge!

I created a card to inspire you by with the adorable Light Up the Dark stamp set!

Hoi allemaal! Welkom bij weer een nieuwe Stampin with Liz Design blog post! Vandaag gaat er een nieuwe challenge van start bij Create a Smile Challenges! Ben jij er klaar voor! Create a Smile geeft ons een prachtig moodboard om je door te laten inspireren! Doe jij ook mee? Ik ben benieuwd wat jullie allemaal gaan maken! Ik heb een kaart gemaakt ter inspiratie met de schattige stempelset Light Up the Dark!

You wil find some balloons, loads of bright colours and gorgeous patterns in this moodboard. Doesn't this picture make you happy? I choose the balloons and bright colours as a theme and starting point for my card, but of course you can interpret this moodboard anyway you like!

Je vind wat ballonnen, veel felle kleuren en prachtige patronen in dit moodboard. Een foto om blij van te worden wat mij betreft! Ik heb gekozen voor de ballonnen en de felle kleuren als uitgangspunt en thema voor mijn kaart, maar natuurlijk mag je de foto zo interpreteren als je wilt!

I started this fun card by creating a simple background. I added som gras on the ground and clouds in the sky. The clouds are applied lightly, so it almost doesn't show on my card, but they are there! I then started building my scene up, using a fun frame from a piece of blended paper in a blue colour and my stamped images.

Ik ben deze leuke kaart begonnen door een simpele achtergrond te creëren. Ik heb wat gras aangebracht en daarboven wolken. De wolken zijn licht gekleurd en op mijn kaart dan ook niet geheel duidelijk op de foto zichtbaar, maar zijn er zeker! Ik ben vervolgens verder gaan werken aan mijn scene door gebruik te maken van een frame en mijn gestempelde afbeeldingen.

Don't you just love this cute mole? He looks way cuter in this stamp set than the moles we sometimes have in our yard, lol! I coloured this fun guy and the balloons with Copic Markers, giving the balloons some nice, bright colours. I added the text You Light Up the Dark to finish this festive card with!

Vind je dit niet een schattig molletje? Hij ziet er veel schattiger uit moet ik eerlijk zeggen dan de mollen die wij soms wel eens in de tuin hebben, haha! Ik heb dit leuke kereltje en de ballonnen ingekleurd met Copic Markers. De ballonnen heb ik in mooie, felle kleuren gekleurd. Ik heb de tekst You Light Up the Dark nog toegevoegd om deze leuke kaart af te maken!
