I diecutted a piece of white cardstock for the background of this card with a die from the Stithed Rectangles Stax. I then applied three colours of Ranger Mini Distress ink with a blending tool. I started with my darkest color first, Peacock Feathers, then just underneath that with the color Cracked Pistachio and used Mustard Seed ink for the bottom.
After I finished blending my background I wanted to add some rays of sunshine on the yellow part of my card. I used the Radiating Rays stencil and lighty applied some more Mustard Seed ink with a blending tool.
I coloured the images with Copic Markers. I will list all the colours I used on the end of this blog post. Would you like to see how this card came about? Check my video below or on YouTube where you can watch the video in HD.
