Stampin with Liz Design: Hello Bluebird Fairy Garden Card!

Hi everyone! Hope you all enjoyed your weekend! Today I'm sharing another card with one of my favourite stamp sets, the Fairy Garden stamp set from Hello Bluebird! I just love their stamps!

I used a slimline card base for my card for today. They are so cool, you can use a lot of images on these gorgeous cards! I masked the sides of my card base to keep them clean and white before I started blending a colourful background! I used a blending tool and Wilted Violet, Festive Berries, Worn Lipstock and Tatterned Rose Distress Oxide ink from Ranger. I stamped the text 'Thank you fariy much' in the top middle.

I then stamped the fun images from the Fairy Garden set and added a few mushrooms and a flower from the Garden Friends and the Storybook Friends set, which are all just gorgeous! I fussy cutted the images and coloured them with Copic Markers. I added some glitter to the wings of these cute faries and added all my images with dimensionals on to my card base!

Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!

Stampin with Liz Design: Hello Bluebird Fairy Garden Card!

Hi there fellow crafters! Hope you all enjoyed your weekend! I had some crafty time and created a fun and bright card with the amazing Fairy Garden stamp set from Hello Bluebird stamps! I just love this set, it has so many amazing details, and the fairy's are just so adorable!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size (which is approximately 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"). I thought it would be fun to combine the Fairy Garden set with the Treehouse Scene Die set, which has an amazing fun tree. I could just see these cute fairies living there! I diecutted a white piece of cardstock with this die and used the outside frame. I then diecutted a piece of design paper with a wood structure again with this die, to use the tree from. This die is ment for a whole scene, so diecutting my paper left my with some peaces I'm not using for this card. Just a small tip, I do save the rest of the diecutted pieces, you can always use them later for another design of course!

I then blended a piece of white cardstock with Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide ink from Ranger and a blending tool. I left some drops of water dry on it, to create a more structured look. I then diecutted my paper twice with the Grassy Edges dies from Mft stamps. I then stamped and diecutted the amazing images from the stamp set and started colouring them in bright and fun colours with Copic Markers. I then blended my white card base with three colours of Ranger Distress Oxide ink, Worn Lipstick, Spun Sugar and Wilted Violet. Now having all the pieces of my card ready, I started staging my card. I raised all the parts with dimensionals even the frame, giving my card a bit more depth! I'd like to send my card in to this weeks Wednesday challenge at Simon Says Stamp, where anything goes this week!

Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!

Stampin with Liz Design: Fairy Garden Card

Hi there crafters! Welcome to a fairy wonderland Blog Post today! I just love fairies, they are just so much fun to fantasize about. These cuties come from the stamp set Fairy Garden from Hello Bluebird stamps!

Hoi allemaal!

I decided to keep this card pretty CAS, so the cute little fairies would really pop on their adorable background. I stamped the flowers and mushrooms directly on my card base and created the blue background around them through masking technique. I then added the gorgeous fairies and the cute little ladybug with dimensionals to keep the card more interesting!

I could fantasize about this little scene all day! For me this is almost better then television, lol! I do like realistic cards for sure as well, but the fantasie, critters kind of cards are really my favorite to do! Hope you enjoyed this cutie as well!

Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!

Stampin with Liz Design: Fairy Garden Card!

Hi everyone! Welcome to a new Stampin with Liz Design Blog Post! Hope you are all doing well! We are having some heavy summer weather here in the Netherlands, tropical heat, which we are not used too, so I was in my craft room the whole day, with a wind blower, creating a card. Today I'm sharing a great fairy card, created with the Fairy Garden stamp set from Hello Bluebird! I love this gorgeous stamp set, really adorable.

Hoi allemaal!

I created a fun fairy evening background with some sunrays for this card to start with. I used Tumbled Glass, Mermaid Lagoon, and Faded Jeans Distress ink from Ranger to blend my background with. I then used some Blueberry Bushel ink from Stampin' Up for the rays of sun, using the Radiating Rays stencil from Mft stamps as a mask. I then added some spatters white and Blueberry Bushel ink.

I then stamped and diecutted the fun images from the stamp set, using my Scan 'N Cut machine from Brother for the last part. I then coloured these cuties with Copic Markers and added some Wink of Stella on the Wings of the fairies to glitter them up!

Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!
