Stampin with Liz Design: SugarPea Designs Mix it up Challenge!

Hi there lovelies! Today I'm sharing some adorable new inspiration with you all for this months Mix it up Challenge at SugarPea Designs! I used the cute stamp set Love Machine for this card!

You can enter this challenge worldwide and have a change on winning a $ 50 gift certificate! The more times you enter, the better chance you have! You can pick the sketch, or mix them both! I choose to use the sketch this time!

I used a white A2 card base for this card and then added a front panel, which I diecutted with a Stitched Rectangle die from the Card Front Element Builder set. I blended a fun background on this panel, using masking tape to create a rectangle with a white circle space in the middle.

I used a soft pink ink for the blending part and then used a darker pink ink to add the hearts, for which I used the Cute Hearts Stencil. I then stamped the text and hearts from the Love Machine stamp set on my panel and the cutest robot and her robot dog on another piece of white cardstock. I diecutted these cuties and coloured them with Copic Markers, before adding them on to my card using dimensionals.

Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!

Stampin with Liz Design: SugarPea Designs Mix It Up Challenge!

Hi there! Have you all seen the new challenge that started at SugarPea Designs? Make sure to check it out! I'm sharing some fun inspiration today, created with the most adorable stamp set Love Machine!

You can enter this challenge worldwide and have a change on winning a $ 50 gift certificate! The more times you enter, the better chance you have! You can pick the sketch, or mix them both! I choose to use both this time!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size. I then diecutted a front panel with a die from the Postage Stamp SugarCut set. I love the postage edge and the stitched frame inside! I blended a fun background, keeping the sketch in mind, with two different pink colours of ink and added loads of splatters on there!

I then stamped the text from the set just in the right corner underneath my blended part and then started working on the cute images. I stamped these cuties, diecutted them with the coordinating dies, coloured them and them added them on to my card using dimensionals.

Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!

Stampin with Liz Design: SugarPea Designs Love Machine Card!

Hi everyone! Today I'm over at the SugarPea Designs Blog with a fun, new card created with the Love Machine stamp set! I'm so in love with the cute robots from this adorable stamp set, this set even features a little dog robot, how cute is that!

I started this card by stamping and diecutting the cute robots and their dog from the set. I gave these cuties life by colouring them with Copic Markers. I kept the images in grey, pink and red colours. I then started thinking about a fun background to show these cuties on. I diecutted a piece of white cardstock with a die from the Postage Stamp SugarCut and then blended a fun background with the Concentric Circles Stencil, a blending tool, Spun Sugar and Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide ink from Ranger. I stamped the text 'You're just a Love Machine' just underneath the blended part.

Mostly I start my cards the other way around, with creating a background first, but sometimes starting with the stamps first gives you great ideas to stage them and start a card from there. I added my stamped images on to my blended background using dimensionals and then created a card base using a white base in A2 size for this card, which is 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". I added a piece of design paper from the Sugar & Spice Patterned Paper Collection. I also used dimenionals underneath my blended paper, adding it on to my card base, to create even more depth!

Hope you enjoyed this love card today, thanks for watching today, hope to see you next time!
