Stampin with Liz Design: SugarPea Designs Mix It Up Challenge!

Hi there! Have you all seen the new challenge that started at SugarPea Designs? Make sure to check it out! I'm sharing some fun inspiration today, created with the most adorable stamp set Love Machine!

You can enter this challenge worldwide and have a change on winning a $ 50 gift certificate! The more times you enter, the better chance you have! You can pick the sketch, or mix them both! I choose to use both this time! 

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size. I then diecutted a front panel with a die from the Postage Stamp SugarCut set. I love the postage edge and the stitched frame inside! I blended a fun background, keeping the sketch in mind, with two different pink colours of ink and added loads of splatters on there!

I then stamped the text from the set just in the right corner underneath my blended part and then started working on the cute images. I stamped these cuties, diecutted them with the coordinating dies, coloured them and them added them on to my card using dimensionals.

Stampin with Liz Design: Mft stamps Let's Stick Together Card!

Hi everyone! Welcome to a new Stampin with Liz Design blog post! Today I'm sharing a fun card that I created with the new Let's Stick Together stamp set from My Favorite Things. You can find this set in their new release, I always love what they come up with each month, but this is certainly one of my favorites!

Hoi allemaal! Welkom bij weer een nieuwe Stampin with Liz Design blog post! Vandaag deel ik een nieuwe, leuke kaart gemaakt met de nieuwe stempelset Let's Stick Together van My Favorite Things. Je vind deze set in hun nieuwe release, iedere maand hebben ze weer prachtige nieuwe dingen, maar deze is zeker mijn favoriet!

In this set there are a lot of the most sweet cacti I've ever seen, you know me, I wanted to use a lot of them, lol, so I choose a long and small card size for this purpose! I blended a background with three gorgeous colours of Distress Oxide ink. If you like to blend as well, certainly try the Distress Oxide ink from Ranger, these colours are amazing to blend with!

In deze set vind je de meest schattige cactussen ooit! Ik wilde ze natuurlijk weer allemaal graag plaatsen op mijn kaart, haha, dus heb ik gekozen voor een lange, smalle kaart! Ik heb een achtergrond geblend met drie prachtige kleuren Distress Oxide inkt.Als jij ook van blenden houd, probeer dan zeker de Distress Oxide inkt van Ranger, deze kleuren zijn geweldig om mee te blenden! 

I just love the look of these sweet plants, I must admit, I'm not good with real life plants, lol, colouring stamped once are way better for me! You can choose different pots for them. I choose to give them all a terracotta colour, as I think that would be really nice underneath the cacti. I added the text from the set and some hearts, which come from another Mft stamp set. If you are creating valentine cards this year, this set is certainly a musthave!

Helemaal gaaf hoe deze cactussen er uit zien, zo schattig! Ik moet eerlijk zeggen ik ben beter in het kleuren van deze cactussen, dan het in leven houden van echte planten, haha, geen groene vingers helaas.. Je vind een aantal verschillende potten in deze set, ik heb er voor gekozen ze een terracotta kleur te geven, zo ik me die in het echt ook voor kan stellen. Ik heb de tekst uit de set en een aantal hartjes uit een andere Mft stempelset toegevoegd. Mocht jij nog valentijnskaartjes gaan maken dit jaar, dan houd ik deze set zeker aanbevolen!

Stampin with Liz Design: Jane's Doodles Stinks card!

Hi everyone! Welcome back to my blog! Today I'm sharing another fun card, created for Jane's Doodles, where you can find me on her blog today! I used the stinking cute little critters for his sweetcard from the Stinks! stamp set! Aren't these adorable?

Hoi allemaal! Welkom terug op mijn blog! Vandaag deel ik nog graag een leuke kaart met jullie, gemaakt voor Jane's Doodles, waar je mij vandaag ook op haar blog kunt vinden! Ik heb de super schattige diertjes gebruikt uit haar stempelset Stinks!, zijn ze niet leuk?

Valentine is still a month away, but you can never start to soon I think with your cards. This stamp set is so fun to use for your sweetheart! I created a nice blue background on my long and small card base. I stamped the tree from the set directly on to my card, so before blending I needed to mask it to not and up with a blue tree, lol!

Valentijn is nog een maandje weg, maar je kunt nooit vroeg genoeg beginnen met je kaarten! Deze stempelset is zo leuk om kaarten voor je dierbaren mee te maken! Ik heb een mooie, blauwe achtergrond geblend op mijn lange en smalle kaartbasis. De boom heb ik direct op de kaart gestempeld, deze heb ik voor het blenden gemasked om niet met een blauwe boom te eindigen, haha!

I gave these fun skunks live by colouring them with Copic Markers after stamping them. I added them, the flowers, hearts, text and the cute little birds with dimensionals on to my card. Make sure to check this amazing stamp set if you are thinking of creating some valentine cards, it's just gorgeous!

Ik heb de stinkdiertjes tot leven gebracht door ze in te kleuren met Copic Markers na het stempelen. Ik heb ze samen met de bloemen, hartjes, tekst en de leuke vogeltjes met dimensionals op mijn kaart aangebracht. Check deze set zeker wanneer je ook valentijnskaartjes wilt gaan maken, hij is zo leuk!
