MFT Stamps - November Release Countdown Day 3!

Hi there crafty friends! Just 3 more days until the new release will be available at MFT Stamps! Today the design team is introducing some more fun products for you all to get inspired with! I created a fun card for today, using the new super fun Snow Bunny stamp set!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size and then added a fun front panel, with the amazing stitched borders you get using the Wonky Stitched Rectangle Die-namics. I then blended a fun background using the Watercolor Wash Rectangle Stencil and different colours of blue ink.

I then added loads of white splatters to create a fun winter background. I then stamped the fun images from the stamp set, diecutted the image with the coordinating die and then coloured this adorable girl with Copic Markers having fun on her skies! I added the fun sentiment from the set to finish this card with!

MFT Stamps - November Release Countdown Day 4!

Hi there everyone! Just 4 more days left until the new My Favorite Things release will be available! Are you all ready to meet some more amazing new items? I created a fun winter card using the amazing new Playful Penguins stamp set!

I started this card with a white mini slimline card base and then added a front panel. I diecutted white cardstock with the Stitched Rectangle Mini Slimline Die-namics. I wanted to create a one layer card, so I started stamping the first images I wanted up front and then masked them with masking paper, to start stamping the images I wanted to fall behind my first images.

I also masked these, so I could start blending a fun background, using different colours of blue ink and adding loads of splatters to my background. I then removed the masking paper and coloured my images. Aren't these penguins adorable?! I added the sentiment from the set to finish this card with.

Create a Smile - More than Naps Card!

Hi everyone! Sharing my first card today as a Design Team member of the new Create a Smile Stamps DT! So happy to be a part of this amazing team! I created a fun card using the amazing More than Naps stamp set! I'm just in love with these cool couch patato's, lol!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size and then added a fun front panel. I love stitched borders, so I diecutted a piece of white cardstock with a wonky stitched rectangle die. I then blended a fun background on this piece, using different colours of Distress Oxide ink.

I applied the fun figures by blending my background again, now with a bit darker ink and the gorgeous In Circles stencil from Create a Smile! I love how easy you can dress your bakcground up, just by using a fun stencil! I added loads of splatters to make it even more fun! I then stamped all the fun images for these sleepy critters, fussy cutted them and then coloured them with Copic Markers before adding them on to my card. The fun sentiment is from the stamp set as well.

Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!

MFT Stamps - November Release Countdown Day 5!

Hi there crafters! Are you all ready for the November Release Countdown Day 5 at My Favorite Things?  Today the team is sharing some gorgeous inspiration with a few amazing products of this release! Stay tuned for the introduction of more amazing products the next few days! I created an fun winter card for today using the gorgeous new Polar Opposites stamp set!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size and then added a front panel. I love adding front panels, just to use nice scalloped or stitched borders! In this case I could even use both, diecutting white cardstock with the Stitched Rectangle Scallop Edge Frames Die-namics.

I blended the background of this panel using different colours of purple ink and then added loads of splatters. I then stamped, diecutted and coloured all the fun images from the stamp set and sentiment and added them on to my card.

Sketch Challenges are just the best! You are free to interpret them anyway you'd like! Hope loads of you are joining this weeks challenge, can't wait to see your creations! I used the bricks in this sketch, which I blended using a stencil, to match the sketch.

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size and then added a front panel. I diecutted white cardstock for this panel, using the largest die from the Wonky Stitched Rectangle Stax. I know I'm repeating my self, but I do love these fun wonky borders!!

I then blended my brick background, using a stencil and pink and purple ink. I added some gold splatters to this fun background and then stamped all the fun images from the stamp set. I diecutted the images with the coordinating dies and coloured them using Copic Markers.

Create cards, layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week's sketch for a change to win a gift voucher at My Favorite Things! You can add your project to the InLinkz that are up at the MFT Stamps Blog! Good luck!
