I started this card with the sketch that's up at Mft stamps this week in mind. I needed a frame, so I actually started from this point. I used Silver Glitter Paper and diecutted this with the smallest die from the Stitched Rectangle Scallop Edges Frames Die-namics from Mft. To make the frame match the length of my card I diecutted twice, enlarging the die by leaving a piece of the die outside my Big Shot and then turning the cardstock around and repeating this so both sides will come together without a bar in the middle part. I added my panel on to my card with Foam Adhesive Strips.
I then started working on my background. I started creating clouds on my card base from white cardstock in A2 size with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink from Ranger with a blending tool, using the Cloud Stencil from Mft. Then I blended another piece of white cardstock with Twisted Citron Distress ink and diecutted this with a Grassy Border die from Mft. I added some waterdrops and spattered some Lucky Clover ink to make the grass part pop a bit more.
I then stamped my gnome and mushroom images on Solar White Neenah Cardstock. I diecutted these, using my Brother Scan 'N Cut machine, but you can of course diecut your images with the coordinating die-namics. I coloured them with Copic Markers and added them to my card using dimensionals. I added a tekst in the upper corner, which comes from the set Sweet Somebunny and added a balloon, which comes from the stamp set Birth-Yay, both from Mft stamps. Just a simple, but fun card!
Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!
