My Favorite Things May Release Countdown Day 3!

Hi there friends! We are on Day 3 counting down to the new May Release at My Favorite Things will be available! Today I'm sharing the most cutest best friends on my card! Created with the new stamp set Million Dollar Friends!

Good friends are so vailable, best friends are treasures! These two cuties are having the best time together! This cute little stamp set will be available in stores in just 3 more days!

I started my card with a card base in A2 size created from Summer Splash Cardstock. I then added a front panel, which I mounted on Black Licorice Cardstock. I started creating a fun scene, keeping my front panel one layered. I started by stampin the cute friends and a teddy bear from the stamp set on there, and then masking these images. Masking keeps your images clean, so you can stamp other images behind them. 

I then stamped the trees and skyline from the Scene Builder stamp set behind these cute girls. I also masked them, to blend a sky, using ink and the Mini Cloud Stencil. I stamped the text 'If friends were worth millions, I'd be rich' from the set on to my sky, and then masked the sky, to blend the grass part. After blending I removed the masking tape and coloured my images with Copic Markers.
