Heffy Doodle - You Go, Gull! Card!

Hi everyone! I'm so excited to be on the Heffy Doodle blog today as their guest designer! I so love their stamps!! So feeling really honoured they asked me to create a card for them! I created a fun slimline card with their amazing stamp sets You Go, Gull! and A Little Shellfish!

I choose a slimline card base for this card, I just love the slimline layout! I started with a white card base and then added a layer of patterned and coloured cardstock. I then diecutted a front panel, using the Slimline Pull Tab Dies. These dies give such a nice stitched scalloped border! I started working next on creating a fun beach background!

I blended the sky in a light blue colour and added some rays of sunlight. I then added waves, which I blended with a slightly darker blue colour and then added the beach. All these parts, I then diecutted with the Slimline Pull Tab Dies to make it a perfect fit for my panel. I then stamped all the amazing images from both stamp sets, fussy cutted them and coloured them with Copic Markers. To finish this fun card with, I added the sentiment from the You Go, Gull! stamp set.

Stampin with Liz Design: Crafty Meraki A Little Shellfish Card!

Hi there crafters! Today I'm over at the Crafty Meraki blog with a new, fun card! Spring is only just starting here in Europe were I live, to me that's only a step away from Summer, yeah! I'm sharing a fun card today with a fun summer vibe, using the Timeless Frames Slimline Die from Crafty Meraki and the A Little Shellfish stamp set from Heffy Doodle!

I started this card with a white frame, which I diecutted from white cardstock and the Timeless Frames Slimline Die. I started creating a fun background on the middle piece by blending, using Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide ink from Ranger and a blending tool. 

I then stamped the fun text from the set 'Go Cray Cray It's Your Birthday!' on to my background before adding my images. I stamped the cute images from the set, fussy cutted them and then coloured them with Copic Markers. I added these cuties on to my card using dimensionals.

Stampin with Liz Design: Crafty Meraki A Little Shellfish Heffy Doodle Card!

Hi everyone! Today I'm over at the Crafty Meraki blog with a fun slimline card! I know for most of you it's fall going on winter times, but I wish it could be summer all year long! I created this fun card with a summer feel with the A Little Shellfish stamp set from Heffy Doodle! 

I used the Slimline Pull Tabs Dies from Heffy Doodle to start this card with. I then added a soft blue card base underneath the scalloped front. On the scalloped part I added a white peace of cardstock on which I created a fun beach background.

I started by blending the sky and then layered my card up. I diecutted four pieces of cardstock, which I blended in blue colours, with the Ocean Waves dies from My Favorite Things and three pieces of beach parts, which I blended and diecutted with the Stitched Snow Drifts dies from My Favorite Things as well. I stamped the fun text from the stamp set on the upper middle part and added all the fun images which I coloured with Copic Markers to finish this beach card with!
