Stampin with Liz Design: Sugarpea Designs Mix It Up Challenge!

Hi everyone! It's time for a new Mix It Up Challenge at SugarPea Designs! I hope loads of you will play along of course, would love to see your creations! I created this fun slimline card with the Bewitched stamp set. Aren't these witches cute?

You can enter this challenge worldwide and have a change on winning a $ 50 gift certificate! The more times you enter, the better chance you have! You can pick the sketch, or mix them both! I choose t0 use the sketch as well as the moodboard this time! 

I choose a slimline card base for my card for today. I masked a rectangle to blend a fun background within. I started with the stars, which I masked as well and blended them with a soft grey tone. I then started working on the background using the Outdoor Builder Stencil and different purple Distress Oxide ink colours from Ranger. 

I added some purple ink splatters on my background to make it a bit more interesting and then stamped the fun text 'I'm under Your Spell' just underneath my rectangle. Then I stamped these adorable witches, love them! I diecutted them before colouring them wih Copic Markers and adding them on to my card using dimensionals!

Stampin with Liz Design: Bewitched Card!

Hi my crafty friends! Hope you enjoyed my Halloween card I posted yesterday! Today I'm sharing another one, they are so much fun to do! Today is all about a cute little witch, flying around on her broom at night, how much fun is that! You can find this sweetie in the SugarPea Designs stamp set Bewitched!

Welkom iedereen! Ik hoop dat jullie allemaal genoten hebben van mijn Halloween kaart van gisteren! Vandaag deel ik nog een Halloween kaartje met jullie, zo leuk om te maken! Vandaag draait het allemaal om een lieve, kleine heks die op haar bezem rond vliegt in de nacht, super leuk toch? Je vind deze schattige dame in de stempelset Bewitched van SugarPea Designs!

I created this card with the fun new sketch in mind that is up at the new challenge at the SugarPea Designs blog! I used a white card in A2 size and started masking the circle and the upper and under line. I blended my bottom part with Ranger Distress Oxide inks, I used the colours Seedless Preserves, Faded Jeans and Chipped Sapphire. I added some spatters on to my blended part by using some white paint.

Ik heb deze kaart gemaakt met de leuke nieuwe sketch in gedachten die loopt in een nieuwe challenge die bij SugarPea Designs van start is gegaan. Ik heb een witte basiskaart in A2 formaat gebruikt en ben begonnen met het masken van de lijn tussen de onder en bovenkant en de cirkel. Ik heb het onderste gedeelte geblend met de Distress Oxide inkt van Ranger in de kleuren Seedless Preserves, Faded Jeans en Chipped Sapphire. Ik heb vervolgens wat spatters aangebracht met witte verf.

I then blended my circle as well, I used the Weathered Wood Ranger Distress ink for this part, still using masking paper to keep the upper part completely white. I added the text from the set in the middle of the moon and then stamped and diecutted this fun girl and some bats from the SugarPea Designs stamp set Darling Dragons. I coloured them with Copic Markers and adhered them on to my card using dimensionals.

Ook de circel heb ik geblend met Ranger Distress inkt, in de kleur Weathered Wood, nog steeds gebruik makend van masking papier om de bovenkant zo geheel wit te kunnen houden. Ik heb de tekst in de maan aangebracht uit de set en toen de leuke dame gestempeld en gestanst, als ook de leuke vleermuisjes die uit de set Darling Dragons  komen. Ik heb ze gekleurd met Copic Markers en aangebracht op mijn kaart met dimensionals.
