Mama Elephant - Boo Crew Card!

Hello crafty friends! Yeah, my first Halloween card for this year! I love creating Halloween cards, especially ones with cute critters in Halloween outfits! The adorable stamp set Boo Crew from the new Mama Elephant release sure has those!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size and then added a fun pink piece of patterned paper. I then added a front panel, on which I blended a spooky but cute night sky using pink and purple Distress Oxide ink from Ranger. I splattered some white ink on my background after blending.

I then stamped the fun images from the stamp set, fussy cutted them and coloured them with Copic Markers. I added the fun sentiment from the stamp set and to finish this card, I added the word Boo using the Henry ABC's from Lawn Fawn. I'm sending this card in to the Simon Says Wednesday Challenge, where this weeks theme is anyhing goes!

Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!

Stampin with Liz Design: My Favorite Things Boo Crew Box!

Hi everyone! Today I'm back with another entry for the 2020 Card Design Superstar Challenge at My Favorite Things! I'm always a bit nervous entering a contest, putting your art out there, but I guess that will be the same for most of you, lol. I'm entering this fun little card box in the Innovation Master category, so crossing my thumbs again! I used the Boo Crew stamp set and the Haunted House dies for my project for today!

I love a fun card box, they are so much fun to do! I do admit, I don't always take the time to start a 3D project, but they are certainly worth the time! I added a little innovating feature to this box, by using a little led light behind the window! I started this box by measuring all the different parts and then adding my blended cardstock and images on there.

I blended the background and the front with Black Soot, Peeled Paint, Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide ink. I diecutted the images from the Haunted House dies and coloured them by using Barn Yard and Black Soot Distress ink. I coloured the door and window frames with Copics, as the images from the Boo Crew set I stamped and fussy cutted. I diecutted a tree and gate from black cardstock using the Haunted House and Spooky Fence dies. I added a little led light behind the vellum windows and a preasure button behind the back of my box, using the text 'Press' from the Interactive Labels stamp set.

Thank you so much for watching today, hope you liked my little 3D project with light! I'll be back tomorrow with an entry for the category Coloring Virtuoso!

Stampin with Liz Design: Crafty Meraki Boo Crew Mft Stamps Card!

Hi there crafters! I'm so excited to be over at the Crafty Meraki blog today with a fun Halloween Card! I just love creating these cards, they are so much fun! I created this card with the fun Boo Crew stamp set from the latest release of My Favorite Things! You can find this fun stamp set and much more crafting supplies in the Crafty Meraki store!

I choose to use a slimline cardbase for this card, using soft grey cardstock. I added a front panel on which I created a fun scene, in dark, scary colours, lol! I blended my background using Peacock Feathers, Faded Jeans, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot Distress Oxide ink from Ranger. I added some white splatters on to my background and stamped a few stars and a spider web from the stamp set in black on to it, to make it a bit more interesting.

I added a piece of grass, which I diecutted from black cardstock to the bottom of my panel. I then stamped the fun images from the set, diecutted them and coloured them with Copic Markers. Aren't they the cutest trick-or-treaters? I added the text 'Curses! I missed your Birthday' on black cardstock with white embossingpowder and Versamark ink.

Thank you so much for watching today, hope  to see you next time!
