Stampin with Liz Design: Jane's Doodles Hydrangea Card!

Hi everyone! Today I'm over at the Jane's Doodles blog with a gorgeous flower card! I used Jane's amazing stamp set Hydrangea! I just love these flowers, I have them in my garden, they are just stunning. This year it was very hot, so didn't get to enjoy my flowers long, so I'm enjoying Jane's all year long, lol!

I started this card with a white card base. I added a white front panel, on which I blended a fun background. I used Wilted Voilet and Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide ink from Ranger and a stencil to blend with. I stamped the text 'love you' from the stamp set on the lower right part of my panel.

I then added a few gold splatters on my background and added the front panel with dimensionals on to my card. I then stamped, fussy cutted and coloured the gorgeous flower images before adding them on to my front panel using dimensionals as well.

Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!

Stampin with Liz Design: Jane's Doodles Blog Hop!

Hi there crafters! Welcome to a new Jane's Doodles Blog Hop! Today the amazing team from Jane's Doodles is sharing some great inspiration with the lastest release! If you'd like to hop with us, check the links at the end of this post! I created a fun birthday card with the new stamp set Hydrangea!

I just love the amazing flowers in this stamp set, I have a few Hydrangea plants in my garden and they are about to start blooming. I used a slimline cardbase for this card, and masked the sides, to keep nice white clean borders before blending a fun background! I thought blue colours would be amazing behind the pink, purple and soft blue flowers, so I used Black Soot, Chipped Sapphire, Blueprint Sketch, Mermaid Lagoon, Broken China and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink from Ranger!

I then stamped the text Love You from the stamp set in the upper middle of this card, using Versamark ink and gold embossing powder. I just love the letter type! I then stamped and fussy cutted the amazing flowers! I coloured them with Copic Markers and added them on to my card using dimensionals. I added some white paint splatters to make it a bit more interesting!
