Stampin with Liz Design: Avery Elle Winter Woodland Wonders Card!

Hi everyone! Are you all enoying winter? I personally love the candle or christmas lights in the evening. We only have wet winters, rarely snow, a white winter wonderland is always magical don't you think! For today I'm sharing an adorable card with winter critters enjoying the snow! I created this card with the Winter Woodland Wonders stamp set from Avery Elle!

This card is a one layer card, which means everything is stamped and coloured directly on to the front  the card. I started stamping the images I wanted up front, so the bird, the bunny and the deer. I then masked these images, so I could stamp a second image behind these adorable critters, the trees. 

I then also masked the trees, to start blending a winter background in green colours. I added some splatters and snow shadows on the bottom of my card. I then removed all the masking paper and coloured my clean images with Copic Markers. At last, I added the gorgeous text Merry Christmas!

Hi everyone! Hope you all enjoyed your weekend! I had some craft time and created the first Christmas card for this year! I had this fun stamp set laying around for a while, so with summer at it's end, the first Christmas card is a fact! I created this card with the gorgeous stamp set Winter Woodland Wonders from Avery Elle!

Hoi allemaal! Hopelijk hebben jullie ook genoten van het weekeind! Ik heb nog heerlijk geknutseld dit weekeind, dus hierbij laat ik graag mijn eerste kerstkaart van het jaar zien! Ik had deze gave stempelset al een tijdje in huis, maar nog niet gebruikt. Nu de zomer toch wel op zijn einde is, werd het tijd voor een kerstkaart! Ik heb deze kaart gemaakt met de stempelset Winter Woodland Wonders van Avery Elle!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size. I then diecutted a front panel with a large Stitched Rectangle die and blended my sky on there. I used Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean Distress Oxide ink from Ranger and a blending tool for this part. I then added some spatters with Salty Ocean ink and white paint on to the sky part.

Ik ben begonnen met een witte kaartbasis in A2 formaat voor deze kaart. Daarna heb ik een front panel gestanst met een grote Stitched Rectangle framelits en deze geblend met Tumbled Glass en Salty Ocean Distress inkt van Ranger en een blending tool. Ik heb wat spatters aangebracht met Salty Ocean inkt en witte verf. 

I then diecutted two pieces of white cardstock with Stitched Snow Drifts dies from Mft and then again with the large Stitched Rectangle die to make it a perfect fit for my sky part. I added the upper layer of snow with double sided adhesive tape and the lower part with dimensionals to create a bit of a 3D effect. I then stamped the text from the set in the upper left corner and stamped the fun critters and trees and diecutted them. I coloured these cuties with Copic Markers and added them to my card using dimensionals. Don't you just like these cuties?

Dan heb ik twee stroken wit cardstock gestanst met de Stitched Snow Drifts dies van Mft en om deze passend aan de lucht te maken heb ik deze ook gestanst met de grootste framelits van de Stitched Rectangles dies. Ik heb de bovenste laag sneeuw op mijn kaart geplakt met dubbelzijdig tape en de onderste met dimensionals, om een beetje 3D effect te creëren. Ik heb de tekst links bovenin gestempeld en alle leuke diertjes en bomen. Deze laatste heb ik gestanst en vervolgens gekleurd met Copic Markers en ze met dimensionals op mijn kaart aangebracht. Zijn ze niet gaaf?
