Avery Elle - Mr. & Mrs. Claus Card!

Hi everyone! So happy to finally share a card with you all! Are you all ready for Christmas? I created this fun card with Santa and his wife on their bike, using the Mr. & Mrs. Claus stamp set from Avery Elle. How cute is this! Hope you all enjoy the holidays!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size. I then added a fun front panel, which I created by diecutting a piece of white cardstock with the largest die from the Wonky Stitched Rectangles dies from MFT Stamps. Just love the lines these dies add to your cardstock! 

I then stamped the fun image and sentiment from the set. Because I wanted this front panel to be a one layer panel, I masked the image. I do admit, it's a bit time consuming, but gives such an amazing result! I then added an inked background using a blending tool and Distress Oxide ink. I added some snow splatters before removing my masking paper and then brought the image alive by colouring it with Copic Markers.

Stampin with Liz Design: CAS on Friday Challenges!

Hi there everyone! Welcome to a new Stampin with Liz Design post! Today I'm sharing an adorable card for the new CAS on Friday Challenge that starts today! All in the theme Baby's this week! I created this cute card with the Beary Good Friends stamp set from Avery Elle!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size and then added a front panel which I diecutted with a Stitched Rectangle die to get the nice stitched borders! I then created a fun background by blending it with blue inks from Ranger Distress Oxide ink. I used the Constellation dies from Avery Elle to mask the circle/oval with and the Lots of Heart Stencil from My Favorite Things. 

I then stamped the words welcome Baby Boy on to my background, which are from the gorgeous Babt stamp set from Honey Bee Stamps. Last but not least, I stamped the cute mama or papa bear with the adorable baby bear! I diecutted and coloured them and then added them on to my card using dimensionals. Baby cards are just so much fun!

Stampin with Liz Design: Avery Elle Winter Woodland Wonders Card!

Hi everyone! Are you all enoying winter? I personally love the candle or christmas lights in the evening. We only have wet winters, rarely snow, a white winter wonderland is always magical don't you think! For today I'm sharing an adorable card with winter critters enjoying the snow! I created this card with the Winter Woodland Wonders stamp set from Avery Elle!

This card is a one layer card, which means everything is stamped and coloured directly on to the front  the card. I started stamping the images I wanted up front, so the bird, the bunny and the deer. I then masked these images, so I could stamp a second image behind these adorable critters, the trees. 

I then also masked the trees, to start blending a winter background in green colours. I added some splatters and snow shadows on the bottom of my card. I then removed all the masking paper and coloured my clean images with Copic Markers. At last, I added the gorgeous text Merry Christmas!
