Stampin with Liz Design: SugarPea Designs Mix it Up Challenge!

Hi everyone! Today I'm so excited to share some fun inspiration for the new Mix It Up Challenge at SugarPea Designs! We have a warm and cozy moodboard this month and a gorgeous sketch! I used the Beautiful Books stamp set and Open Book SugarCuts for this fun card!

You can enter this challenge worldwide and have a change on winning a $ 50 gift certificate! The more times you enter, the better chance you have! You can pick the sketch, or mix them both! I choose t0 use the sketch as well as the moodboard this time! 

I started this card by using a white card base and then layering my card base up. I diecutted a piece of brown cardstock with the stitched rectangle die from the Card Front Element Builder set and then diecutted a kraft piece with the Postage Stamp die cut. I stamped text on there using the Handwritten Letter background stamp!

I then diecutted a piece of white cardstock with the same Postage Stamp diecut and diecutted it again with a curving die from the Card Front Element Builder I set. I then diecutted different pieces with the Open Book dies, to create a book and flower bouquet with, which I added to my card. For the finishing touch, I used the text and glasses stamp from the Beautiful Books stamp set!

Stampin with Liz Design: SugarPea Designs Sweet Peek Week Day 1!

    

Hi everyone! I'm so excited today to share the first new products from the new SugarPea Designs release that will be in store this Friday! Today the amazing SugarPea Stamps design team will introduce to you the Beautiful Books stamp set with coördinating SugarCuts and the Open Book SugarCuts during this Sweet Peek Week Day 1!

I started this card with a white card base in A2 size (which is approximately 4 1/4" x 5 1/2") and blended the front of my card with Spun Sugar Distress Oxide ink from Ranger. I then used the background stamp Handwritten Letter to stamp on my front with pink ink. I diecutted a panel with the stitched postage die from the Postage Stamp SugarCuts. 

On this front panel I blended a part with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink and then stamped the text from the stamp set "Reading is Dreaming with open eyes" just underneath my blended part. I then stamped the images from the set in pink and green colours and coloured the open book with Copic Markers before adding my images on to my card using dimensionals. 

This amazing fun new set will be available in the SugarPea Designs store tomorrow, just one more day!
