Hi there! Welcome to a  new Festival of Christmas Blog Hop! Today I'm hopping again with a bunch of very talented crafters, we are sharing some fun Christmas inspiration! I'm sharing some snow globe fun today, created with the stamp set O Christmas Tree from Hello Bluebird!

Hoi allemaal! Welkom bij de tweede Festival of Christmas Blog Hop! Vandaag hop ik weer met een geweldig getalenteerd groepje crafters en delen we nog meer kerst pret! Met een nieuw thema deze week: Treat containers, gifts en ornaments! Ik deel vandaag een leuke sneeuwbol met jullie, waarvoor ik gebruik heb gemaakt van de stempelset O Christmas Tree van Hello Bluebird!

I love snow globes and decided to create one my self! For those of you who live in Europe, I found some fun plastic Christmas balls at the Action store that you can decorate your self. You can seperate them in the middle and add your own Christmas fun! I decided to turn them into a fun snow globe by turning this cute ball upside down and making a footing underneath!

Ik houd wel van een sneeuwbol en dacht ik maak er zelf één vandaag! Bij Action kun je kerstballen vinden van plastic die je zelf kunt decoreren. Je kunt ze in het midden splitsen om vervolgens je eigen inhoud toe te voegen! Het leek mij wel leuk om van deze ballen een sneeuwbol te maken, door de kerstbal op zijn kop te plaatsen in een standaard! 

I stamped, diecutted and coloured the Christmas Tree and super adorable reindeer from the stamp set and added them to my Christmas ball. I gave the Christmas tree some Christmas lights by using different colours of small rhinestones. I then only added some fake snow to shake around in this easy to create fun snow globe! Simple as that and so much fun!

Ik heb de kerstboom en het super schattige rendiertje gestempeld, gestanst en gekleurd en ze in mijn kerstbal geplaatst. Ik heb de kerstboom wat lichtjes gegeven door kleine rhinestones in verschillende kleuren aan te brengen. Ik heb nog wat nep sneeuw aangebracht om de bol mee te kunnen schudden, eigenlijk heel makkelijk, maar oh zo leuk!

Stampin with Liz Design: O Christmas Tree Card!

Hi everyone! I'm still going strong with my Christmas cards, you too? I must admit, I love creating them, so I'm betting it will be a bit tough laying them down untill next year, lol! So enjoying while I still can and posting a fun card today created with the O Christmas Tree set from Hello Bluebird!

Hoi allemaal! Ik ben nog steeds lekker bezig met mijn kerstkaarten, jij ook? Ik moet eerlijk zeggen dat ik het heerlijk vind om ze te maken, dus wegleggen straks zal best moeilijk zijn tot volgend jaar, haha. Dus nog maar even genieten, nu het nog kan! Vandaag post ik een leuke kaart gemaakt met de O Christmas Tree van Hello Bluebird! 

As you all probably know, I love a long, small card size! Mostly I use them horizontally, which is a fun way to stage a lot of images, but vertically is a great way as well! It gives your card a cozy scene on which you can make your background really a vocal point.

Zoals jullie waarschijnlijk allemaal wel weten, houd ik wel van een lange, smalle kaart basis! Meestal gebruik ik deze horizontaal, op die manier kun je veel afbeeldingen kwijt, maar verticaal gebruik is ook een heel erg leuke manier! Het geeft je kaart zo smal wel iets gezelligs en een kans om je achtergrond mooi uit te laten komen. 

I choose a blue background with snow! No surprise I guess this time of year, lol, but love it! I staged three fun critters around a Christmas tree, I'm thinking they are discussing how to decorate it! I added the text Merry from the Christmas Words Dies and Christmas from the Merry Pigs stamp set to finish this cutie with!

Ik koos een blauwe achtergrond met sneeuw! Geen verrassing in deze tijd van het jaar denk ik, haha, maar ik houd er zeker van! Ik heb de leuke diertjes rondom de boom geplaatst, ik denk dat ze aan het overleggen zijn hoe ze de boom het beste kunnen decoreren. Ik heb de tekst Merry van de set Christmas Words en de tekst Christmas uit de Merry Pigs stempelset gebruikt om de kaart af te maken!

We are having a new theme this week: Gift Card Holders or Tags! I sat down to create 4 cute tags for today, using the O Christmas Tree stamp set from Hello Bluebird stamps!

Hoi allemaal! Welkom bij de tweede Festival of Christmas Blog Hop! Vandaag hop ik weer met een geweldig getalenteerd groepje crafters en delen we nog meer kerst pret! Met een nieuw thema deze week: Gift Card Holders of Tags! Ik ben begonnen aan vier leuke tags voor vandaag, waarbij ik de stempelset O Christmas Tree van Hello Bluebird stamps heb gebruikt!

I choose a cute, small tag as a base, which I diecutted with a gorgeous die from the Tag Builder set from My Favorite Things. Super easy to diecut four gorgeous tags! They have a great size and come even with stitched borders! I blended my white tags with several blue colours using a blending tool and Ranger Distress Oxide ink.

Ik heb gekozen voor een schattige kleine tag als basis, die ik gestanst heb met een stans uit de Tag Builder set van My Favorite Things, super makkelijk dus vier mooie tags stansen! De tags zijn leuk van formaat en hebben bovendien een prachtige stitch rand! Ik heb de witte tags geblend in blauwe tinten met behulp van een blending tool en diverse kleuren Ranger Distress Oxide inkt. 

I dressed my tags up by using red and white twine and some silver sequins. I added some white paint spatters and white tekst and of course the vocal points of these cuties, the adorable images from the stamp set! I stamped, diecutted and coloured these fun images and added them with dimensionals on to my tags, aren't they fun?!

Ik heb mijn tags aangekleed met wat sequins en rood en wit twine. Ik heb wat witte verf spatters en witte tekst aangebracht en natuurlijk de vocal points van deze leuke tags, de schattige afbeeldingen ui de stempelset! Ik heb ze gestempeld, uitgesneden en gekleurd en vervolgens heb ik ze met dimensionals op mijn tags aangebracht, super leuk toch?!
