Stampin with Liz Design: CAS on Friday Challenges!

Hi there crafters! Today a new challenge starts at CAS on Friday Challenges! We have a fun new theme for this challenge, Happy Mail! We all can use some happy mail, right? I created a fun card with the Bearmail stamp set from Create a Smile Stamps!

Remember if you'd like to enter, keep your card CAS, which means Clean and Simple! I started my card with a white card base in A2 size and then added a front which I diecutted with a Stitched Rectangle Die. I then blended a piece of my background with ink. 

I added some gold splatters to make my background even more sweeter and then added the amazingly cute stamp! I coloured this adorable mailman and his post with Copic Markers. I added the images and text from the stamp set with dimensionals to my card.

I always love a good sketch to start a card with, it gives you a perfect starting point for a great creation! It takes you places sometimes you other wise wouldn't have thought of. I used the gorgeous stamp set Bearmail for this cute card. I would love to receive my mail by such a cute postman!

Een sketch is altijd een leuk startpunt om je kaart mee te beginnen! Soms kom je daar bij op ideeën waar je anders nooit over na had gedacht. Ik heb voor mijn kaart van vandaag de prachtige stempelset Bearmail gebruikt. Ik wil mijn post best wel van zo'n schattige postbode ontvangen!

I started this card with creating a blended background. Just a subtle one, using the fun In Circles stencil and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink from Ranger. I then added a blended piece of paper in blue colours to match the sketch. I added the cutest bear ever, the cute little bird, envelopes, a frame and some sequins to finish this cute card! Hope you enjoy and take a go at this fun sketch!

Ik ben deze kaart begonnen met het blenden van een achtergrond. Heel subtiel, gebruik makend van het gave In Circles stencil en Tumbled Glass Distress inkt van Ranger. Vervolgens heb ik een strookje papier toegevoegd die ik geblend heb in blauwe kleuren om de sketch te volgen. Hierna heb ik de schattige beer, het vogeltje, envelopjes, een frame en wat sequins aangebracht om deze schattige kaart af te maken. Ik hoop dat jullie mee genieten en misschien zelf een gokje gaan wagen met deze leuke sketch!
