Stampin with Liz Design: Creating Kindness Blog Hop!

Hi there crafters! Today I'm so excited to be part of the Creating Kindness Blog Hop once more as a guest designer! A beautiful group of cardmakers is hopping today to inspire you all with some amazing Friendship cards! Check the bottom of my post to start hopping! I created a very sweet card for this blog hop with the Storybook Friends and Picked for You stamps from Hello Bluebird Stamps!

I started this adorable card with a soft blue front panel and a panel from white cardstock which I diecutted with the Mama Elephant dies Slim Windows Dressing and Slim Card Basics. I started working on a fun scene on my white panel by blending clouds with Tumbled Glass and Broken China Ranger Distress Oxide ink. I created a stencil to create these clouds from the Mama Elephant cloud die that you'll find in the sets I mentioned above. I then diecutted two pieces with a grass die from the same sets and blended these with the colours Bundled Sage, Twisted Citron, Peeled Paint and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide ink. 

I then stamped the gorgeous text 'Friendship makes the day brighter'. Don't you just love this gorgeous text? I then stamped all the fun images from the Hello Bluebird stamp sets, fussy cutted them and coloured them with Copic Markers. I placed the trees between my two grass parts and added the rest of my images with dimensionals on to this fun slimline card!

Stampin with Liz Design: Hello Bluebird Garden Friends Card!

Hi everyone! Welcome to a new Stampin with Liz Design blog post! Today I'm sharing a cute card with some Hello Bluebird stamps! These stamps are so amazing, make sure to chekc their site! I used the stamp sets Garden Friends and Storybook Friends for this card!

Hoi allemaal! Welkom bij een nieuwe Stampin with Liz Design blog post! Vandaag deel ik een leuke kaart gemaakt met Hello Bluebird stempels! Deze stempels zijn zo leuk, check zeker hun site! Ik heb de stempelsets Garden Friends en Storybook Friends gebruikt voor deze kaart!

I started working with the Storybook Friends set first to create a gorgeous scene with. This set has an amazing scene stamp, with the cutest little path between a grass scenery. I stamped this on my base card and started colouring the grass and the path with Copic Markers. I then blended the sky part with Broken China Distress Oxide ink from Ranger.

Ik ben als eerste begonnen met de stempelset Storybook Friends om een leuke scene te maken. Deze set heeft een prachtige stempel waarmee je makkelijk een leuke, idyllische achtergrond maakt. Ik heb het gras en het pad ingekleurd met Copic Markers. De lucht heb ik hierna geblend met Broken China Distress Oxide inkt van Ranger. 

I then stamped, diecutted and coloured the fun images from my second stamp set, Garden Friends. I added a frame with a fun grass part at the bottom and added this on top of my base card using dimensionals. To finish this fun card, I added the text and images also to my card using dimensionals.

Ik heb vervolgens de afbeeldingen uit mijn tweede set, Garden Friends, gestempeld, gestanst en ingekleurd. Ik heb een frame toegevoegd met een leuk stukje gras onderaan op mijn basiskaart met dimensionals. Om deze leuke kaart geheel af te maken heb ik de afbeeldingen en de tekst ook met dimensionals aangebracht.

Stampin with Liz Design: Storybook Friends!

Hi everyone! Welcome to a new Stampin with Liz Design Blog Post! Today I'm sharing another card that I created with the gorgeous stamp set Storybook Friends from Hello Bluebird! This set is just amazing, reminds me of old childrens books, so much fun!

Hoi allemaal! Welkom bij weer een nieuwe Stampin with Liz Design Blog Hop! Vandaag deel ik graag een nieuw kaartje met jullie, gemaakt met de Storybook Friends stempelset van Hello Bluebird! Deze set is zo gaaf, net een oude prent uit een kinderboek, erg leuk!

I used a white card base for this card and a white panel diecutted with the Stitched Framelits Dies from Mft stamps. I stamped the fun scene from the set on my background and coloured the grass, trees and road with Copic Markers. I blended the sky with Salty Ocean and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink from Ranger.

Ik heb een witte kaartbasis genomen en een witte panel die gestanst is met de Stitched Framelits Dies van Mft stamps. Ik heb de leuke achtergrond gestempeld uit de set en het gras, pad en de bomen gekleurd met Copic Markers. De lucht heb ik geblend met Salty Ocean en Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inkt van Ranger. 

I added text in the upper middle part and then stamped and diecutted the cute ladies from the stamp set. We are still discussing at home weather it's a bunny and mouse, or if it's a rat. Well, cute they are! I added them with dimensionals on to my card. I also raised the front panel a bit from my card base by using dimensionals. Hope you enjoyed these sweeties! Ik heb de tekst gestempeld boven in het midden en vervolgens de schattige dames uit de stempelset. We zijn het hier in huis nog steeds niet helemaal eens of het nu een konijntje met muis, of toch een ratje is. Leuk zijn ze in ieder geval! Ik heb ze op mijn kaart aangebracht met dimensionals. Ook heb ik mijn panel met dimensionals op de kaart basis aangebracht. Hoop dat je genoten hebt van deze schatjes! Ik zend deze kaart graag in naar de nieuwe woensdag challenge die van start is gegaan bij Simon Says Stamps deze week!

Stampin with Liz Design: Storybook Friends Card!

Hi everyone! Welcome to a new Stampin with Liz Design Blog Post! Today I'm sharing another card with a stamp set that was in last months release at Hello Bluebird Stamps. I just love this brand, so just had to order a few stamp sets from their release. My card for today is created with the adorable stamp set Storybook Friends!

Hoi allemaal! Welkom bij weer een nieuwe Stampin with Liz Design Blog Post! Vandaag deel ik een nieuwe kaartje met een stempelset die je vind in de laatste release van Hello Bluebird Stamps. Dit merk is echt super gaaf, kon het dan ook niet laten om een aantal stempels uit Amerika te bestellen uit de release. Voor mijn kaart van vandaag heb ik de super schattige stempelset Storybook Friends gebruikt!

I cut a base in A2 size for this card from Sahara Sand Cardstock from Stampin' Up. I then diecutted a piece of white cardstock with a die from the Stitched Rectangles Die-namics from Mft stamps and stamped a fun background on this piece that you can find in this amazing stamp set!

Voor deze kaart heb ik een basiskaart gebruikt die ik op A2 formaat heb gesneden uit Sahara Sand Cardstock van Stampin' Up. Daarna heb ik een stuk wit cardstock gestanst met een rechthoek uit de Stitched Rectangles Die-namics van Mft stamps. Ik heb hierop een achtergrond gestempeld die je vind in deze geweldige stempelset! 

I coloured the entire background with Copic Markers and then added the text from the set in the upper middle part. I then stamped and diecutted the cute images, the bunny and the mouse from the set as well as the mushrooms and coloured them with Copic Markers as well. I added them to my adorable card using dimensionals.

Ik heb de gehele achtergrond gekleurd met Copic Markers en dan vervolgens de tekst uit de set in het midden boven gestempeld. Daarna heb ik de schattige afbeeldingen, het konijntje en de muis alsook de paddestoelen gestempeld en gestanst. Ik heb deze ook met Copic Markers gekleurd en op mijn kaart aangebracht met dimensionals.

It was worth ordering in the US, but I do cross my fingers these amazing stamps will be available in Europe soon. I'm sure there will follow more cards from this amazing brand or the new release from SugarPea Designs. The kids still have three weeks before school will start again, so all the time on our hands!

Het was zeker het bestellen in Amerika waard, maar ik duim nog steeds hard dat deze geweldige stempels ook binnenkort in Europa te verkrijgen zijn. Binnenkort vast meer kaartjes met dit merk en de nieuwe release van SugarPea Designs. De kinderen zijn heerlijk nog drie weken vrij, dus tijd aan ons zelf!
