Stampin with Liz Design: Hello Bluebird Christmas is Coming Card!

Hi there everyone! Are you guys all in a Christmas cards mood yet? I love creating them, especially with stamps this cute! Just love this adorable stamp set from Hello Bluebird, called Christmas is Coming! Can't wait to see what Hello Bluebird comes up with this year, hope they will have a Christmas release!

I choose a slimline card base for this card, just can't get enough of this fun card size! I diecutted a front panel with a Stitched Rectangle Slimline die from the Mama Elephant Slim Card Basics dies. I blended a fun background using Ranger Distress Oxide ink and a blending tool. I added some white paint splatters to create snow.

I diecutted white paper with a die from the Slim Card Basics set to create a snow surface on the bottom of my card. To make it match my front panel perfectly, I diecutted this piece with the same Stitched Rectangle Slimline die as well. I then stamped, diecutted and coloured the fun images from the stamp set and added them on to my card!

Stampin with Liz Design: Cas on Friday!

Hi everyone! Welcome to a new Stampin with Liz Design blog post! Today I have more fun news to share! I'm very excited to tell you guys that I will be designing this year for CAS on Friday, a fun blog where you can find great challenges to create CAS Cards! Today I'm sharing my first card as a team member for a new challenge, with a Winter theme! Hope to see you guys all there!

Hoi allemaal! Welkom bij weer een nieuwe Stampin with Liz Design blog post! Vandaag heb ik nog meer leuk nieuws! Ik mag jullie hierbij laten weten dat ik dit jaar mag designen voor CAS on Friday, een leuk CAS kaarten challenge blog! Vandaag deel ik mijn eerste kaart als teamlid voor een nieuwe challenge, met als thema winter! Ik hoop jullie daar allemaal te zien! 

I love winter cards, so this challenge is one I really love. When I think of winter, I think of snow and snow fun. All though we didn't have any snow yet this winter here, it is still the first thing that comes to mind for me. So I created a little snow scene by blending ink and stamping some snow flakes!

Ik houd absoluut van winterkaarten, dus mijn hart gaat zeker naar deze challenge uit. Wanneer ik denk aan winterm denk ik aan sneeuw en sneeuwpret. Ondanks dat we hier dit jaar nog helemaal geen sneeuw hebben gehad, is dat toch het eerste waar ik aan denk. Ik heb een kleine scene gemaakt met sneeuw door deze met inkt te blenden en wat sneeuwsterren te stempelen!

I choose these two fun critters having fun in the snow with their slee from the Christmas is Coming stamp set from Hello Bluebird stamps. These two are so cute! I coloured these sweethearts with Copic Markers and added them on to my card using dimensionals. The text and snowflakes are from the Hello Bluebird stamp set Skating Party. I hope you will all give this fun challenge a go, remember to keep it CAS (clean and simple)!

Ik heb deze twee leuke diertjes gekozen die pret hebben in de sneeuw met hun slee uit de Christmas is Coming stempelset van Hello Bluebird stamps. Deze twee zijn zo schattig! Ik heb deze leukjes gekleurd met Copic Markers en heb ze op mijn kaart aangebracht met dimensionals. De tekst en de sneeuwsterren komen uit de stempelset Skating Party van Hello Bluebird. Ik hoop dat jullie ook allemaal mee doen aan deze leuke challenge, vergeet niet om het CAS (clean and simple) te houden!

Stampin with Liz Design: Christmas is Coming Card!

Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing a fun Christmas card in non traditional colours, which makes it sometimes even more interesting don't you think? I do love the traditional cards for sure as well, but it is so much fun to create some diversity in our Christmas stash! I used the amazing Christmas is Coming stamp set from Hello Bluebird for my card for today!

Hoi allemaal! Vandaag deel ik een leuke kerst kaart in niet traditionele kleuren, en dat maakt het soms des te leuker toch? Ik houd absoluut ook van de traditionele kerstkaarten, maar wat diversiteit in je kerstkaart voorraad maakt het extra leuk! Ik heb de gave stempelset Christmas is Coming van Hello Bluebird gebruikt voor mijn kaart van vandaag!

I choose my favorite card size for this card, as I like to use a lot of the fun critters from this stamp set! Aren't they adorable? I just love the sweet polar bear holding the Christmas tree! I'm sure he and his friends will decorate their fresh choosen tree after this picture!

Ik heb voor mijn favoriete kaart formaat gekozen, zodat ik weer zoveel mogelijk van deze leuke diertjes kwijt kon! Zijn ze niet schattig? Ik vind de ijsbeer met zijn boom zo leuk! Ik denk dat hij na dit plaatje met al zijn vriendjes de boom op aan het zetten is!

I used pink and purple colours for my background to make this card shine, adding a few snowdrops for sure! I coloured the cute critters with Copic Markers in matching colours and added them and my text on to my card using dimensionals!

Ik heb roze en paarse kleuren gebruikt voor mijn achtergrond om deze kaart te laten stralen, natuurlijk met een paar sneeuwvlokjes toegevoegd! Ik heb de schattige diertjes in bijpassende kleuren gekleurd met Copic Markers en ze samen met de tekst met dimensionals op mijn kaart aangebracht!
